Prophet Accused of Abducting Teenager in Lagos, Nigeria

A 26-year-old prophet with Immaculate Ministry in Satellite Town, Lagos, who allegedly abducted a teenager, has revealed that he did it to liberate the victim’s family from a spell. 

 

Parading the suspect yesterday at the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, the command’s boss, Fatai Owoseni, said:

 “The suspect, David Ifunaya, abducted the victim for three weeks after the victim told him that her father is a herbalist. “Throughout her stay in his place, neither did he nor his victim call her parents, who were searching everywhere for her. She was later traced to the suspect’s home in Satellite area of Lagos, following which her parents reported the case to police.”

An 18-year-old mother, Okike Ezinne, has sold her 18-month-old baby, Chisom Raphael for N300,000 to a suspected child trafficker in a business deal facilitated by one Gloria Okafor, 46, who is from Umudi, Lokpanta in Abia State. 

The Ebonyi State-born Ezinne was arrested, yesterday, by operatives of Central Police Station, Enugu State Police Command. Although all the suspects in the matter have been arrested, the buyer was still at large at press time. 

It was gathered that the Ezinne was lured by her friend, one Promise Godwin, 20, from Isu, Mbaneze Ohazara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, to Enugu under the pretext of finding her a job to enable her fend for herself and the baby.

3 Friends Slept With A Teenager In Lagos And Filmed It

Police in Lagos have arrested three friends for allegedly gang raping a 17 year old girl and uploading the video online. The suspects, Shola Owolabi (28 ), Michael Lanre (21) and Samuel Akpan (34 ), denied it was a gang rape. The suspects said it was consensual.

They also claimed they recorded the act mistakenly. But the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, who paraded the suspects yesterday at the Command Headquarters, said the men were fond of gang raping young girls and recording the girls in the act and uploading it to embarrass the victims.

Owoseni said when the matter was reported at Ipaja Ayobo Police Division , the policemen swung into action and arrested the culprits.

According to him, the suspects also confessed to the crime during interrogation. Owolabi said he and Lanre met Akpan making love to the girl.

Teenager Dies From Asthma Attack While Running From Racist White Mob

A Staten Island teenager is dead after witnesses say he was chased by a racist group of mostly white males.

Dayshen McKenzie, 16, passed away last week after suffering an asthma attack while fleeing from the group waving a gun and yelling racial slurs.

The New York Daily News reports: Dayshen McKenzie died while running for his life.

The black Staten Island teen, fleeing what witnesses described as a mostly white crew shouting racial epithets and waving a gun, collapsed and died last week from an asthma attack.

“To me, it’s murder,” said Diane Fatigati, an ex-NYPD officer and 9/11 responder, who rushed to the aid of the dying McKenzie.

Teenager Arrested After 50 Year Old Man Is Raped in Toilets At The Arndale Centre

A teenager has been arrested after reports that a man in his fifties was raped in toilets at the Arndale Centre in Manchester on Friday.

Police were called to the shopping mall just after 11am, when it was busy with customers.

It’s understood the alleged victim told officers he had been attacked in the toilets of Next.

Security guards held the suspect until police arrived, it has been reported.

The 19 year-old man was arrested on suspicion of rape and taken into custody where detectives questioned him, according to the Daily Mail.

Greater Manchester Police said the alleged attack was ‘shocking’ but thanked staff for their swift response.

Boy, 15 Shoots Dead His 10 Year Old Sister, Cleans Body And Dumps Her In A Field

Disturbing new details has emerged in the case of a Florida teenager accused of murdering his 10-year-old sister, with the 15-year-old suspect claiming he shot the girl by accident and then dumped her body in a field.

Fredrick Matthew Lochridge, 15, was arrested Sunday in the murder of his 10-year-old sister, Isabella Heffernan, after she was reported missing by her family and was later found behind her home in Fountain.

According to an arrest affidavit released this afternoon, Lochridge, who was initially said to be 16 years old but is actually 15, admitted to shooting Heffernan with a .22 caliber rifle at around 3am on Sunday.

During an interview with police, the teenager offered investigators conflicting versions of events, initially claiming that he shot the girl after mistaking her for a deer.

The vanguard newspaper is reporting that Muyideen Salaam, a 35 year-old apprentice at Aketegbo community in Seme, Badagry area of Lagos, gave this chilling confession of how he killed a 13 year-old boy, Rilwan Amuda, in his crave for materialism.

The Ibadan-born suspect claimed he was tempted to opt for money ritual after his wife left with their two children when feeding became an uphill task for him.

He said all I needed to do was to get the person since he had already contacted a herbalist. In my desperation, I told him we would take Rilawan, mama elewa’s son since I had easy access to him because he usually ran errands for me and sometimes I gave him money and used closthes. We felt it was useless to go out and get someone else since Rilawan stayed in the same area with us. I made him understand that getting someone was not the problem but taking him to the herbalist’s shrine where he would be killed.

70-yr-Old HIV Positive Rapes Teenage Girl in Plateau State, Nigeria

THE people of Barakin Ladi local government area of Plateau State were shocked to the marrow last Friday when a 70-year-old man, Adamu Vou was alleged to have raped a 13-year-old girl.

Two weeks ago, a mobile policeman attached to the Special Task Force was caught raping an underage girl at his duty post in the same local government. The man had since been dismissed and charged to court by the Plateau State Police Command.

Sunday Tribune learnt that the 70-year-old man allegedly lured the young girl into his apartment and forcefully defiled her, but was caught in the act by the son of his landlord, Kelvin Abraham  who alerted other people in the house on the illicit act  going on.

Nigerian Teenager Arrested in Italy for Killing 60-Year-Old Woman

Police in Italy on suspicion of murdering an elderly female citizen has arrested a Nigerian teenager. Donald Nwajiobi, 18, allegedly took the life of 60-year-old Catherine Susca around the city of Bari in Southern Italy. The deceased is believed to have invited homeless Nwajiobi to her residence for a meal when he attacked her and left her lifeless half-clad body with a plastic bag over her head and her skull crushed in her apartment in Torre a Mare.

According to investigations, the death of Catherine Susca was caused by the beating she received in the course of the attack, suffocation with a plastic bag dropped on her head and strangulation with a scarf. The Nigerian boy, Donald Nwajiobi, who lives in Bari but homeless, confessed he killed the woman in self defense after she attacked him with a pair of scissors and he also claimed to have acted alone. However, investigators will verify whether there were accomplices.
