A Nigerian father, Mr. Olalowo Hammed Olalekan, pictured below, was thoroughly beaten up after he and his wife, Modinat refused to subject their daughter to genital mutilation/female circumcision. Right now, they have fled the shores of Nigeria for the safety of their children.

According to Newtelegraph, Modinat Olalowo, who got married to Olalowo Hammed Olalekan, ran away from her matrimonial home, with her children, when she was asked to bring her daughter for the painful and needless circumcision.

Owing to the terrible and painful experience their daughter would pass through, if subjected to such mutilation, Modinat and her husband jointly objected to such traditional requirements of their offspring and insisted that their child would not be circumcised.

A father in India has chopped off the hands of a man who was accused of raping his seven-month-old daughter. 

25-year-old Parminder Singh is said to have beaten the 17-year old man, tied him to a tree, and hacked off both his hands, before leaving him abandoned next to a canal. 

The younger man was accused of molesting a baby in 2014, after allegedly being caught in the act by the baby's mother. Police sent him to a juvenile remedial home as he awaited trial. 

On April 19, he was making a court appearance in the Bathinda district of Punjab, when the baby's father apparently lured him away by offering him an out of court settlement. 

Girl ‘Burns Father to Death After He Raped Her and Her Sisters

A girl in Pakistan has been arrested on suspicion of burning her father to death – after he allegedly tried to rape her and her sisters.

The Dawn newspaper reports that the girl told police how she planned to set her father on fire after he allegedly tried to rape her, having already attacked her sisters.

The girl’s brother told police that his sister had used sleeping pills to drug their father before setting him on fire – with police revealing that the man died from his injuries.

The woman is thought to have slept with two men during the same ovulation cycle, it is reported.

Tests were carried out on the tots after the "dad" noticed striking dissimilarities between the two babies.

The stunned parents were told only one twin was biologically related to the dad.

But a hospital switch blunder was ruled out as the Vietnam woman is mum to both babies.

Father To Be Burned His Pregnant Girlfriend Alive

A father-to-be killed his heavily pregnant girlfriend by burning her alive because he could not cope with the thought of becoming a parent, a court heard.

Eren Toben, 20, lured his 19-year-old girlfriend Maria Peiner, who was eight months pregnant, into a wooded area in Berlin, Germany, before stabbing her with a bread knife and setting her alight.

The court heard he wanted a 'free, happy life' and brutally murdered his partner and their unborn baby so he could avoid fatherhood.

He has now been jailed for 14 years, alongside his accomplice, Daniel Mueller, 20, who helped carry out the horrific murder.

The court heard how the two men lured Miss Peiner into woods on the outskirts of Berlin to kill her.

The Guinness World Records Book just got a lot bigger when 36-year old, Anita Sullivan, gave birth to her 14th child, by her 14th baby father on Wednesday at the Harper University Hospital.

According to the internationally recognized authority on the cataloguing and verification of world records, Anita Sullivan has just become the first woman in recorded history to conceive children with more than thirteen different men.

“I’m extremely proud to have broken a World Record,” Anita told reporters. “My mother always told me that I was lazy and worthless, and that I would never accomplish anything in my life. Now, I’ve shown everyone that she was wrong, and that I can even be the best in the world when I put my mind to something. In fact, I’ve just accomplished something that no one had done before!”

Man Kills His Father Over Quarrelling with Mother in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria

A 25-year old man, Mfreke Effiong, from Ikot Akpainyang Asutan village, in the Ibesikpo/Asutan Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, has allegedly killed his father, Mr. Archibong Effiong. 

It was learnt that Archibong and his wife had a disagreement during which Mfreke picked up a plank and hit his father on the head.

The Police Public Relations Officer, Cordelia Nwawe, said on Thursday that the murder suspect had confessed to the crime.

“The young man murdered his father by using a plank to hit him on his head; the young man will be charged to court after investigation,” she said.

Father kills 4 Children, 2 Adults in Texas Shooting

A father has shot dead four of his children after opening fire at a house in Texas.

The suspect also killed two adults and critically wounded his 15-year-old daughter before armed officers chased and cornered his silver car in Spring, a Houston suburb.

The suspected gunman eventually surrendered after a nearly three-hour stand-off with police.

First, he led police on a nearly half-hour pursuit, then his car was sandwiched between two police trucks in a residential cul-de-sac a few miles from the scene of the killings.

Despite being surrounded by marksmen, the suspect remained "cool as a cucumber", Sergeant Thomas Gilliland said.

Uncle And Father Die Trying To Save Drowning Child

Authorities say an 8-year-old boy’s dad and his uncle are dead after they jumped into Idaho’s Snake River to rescue him after he fell in.

The Elmore County Sheriff’s office says the three were fishing Sunday afternoon in southwest Idaho when the men went in after the boy and were swept away by the current.

A 23-year-old man also jumped into the river and was able to rescue the boy.

But witnesses told deputies that the two men both disappeared under the surface before anyone could reach them.

The department says in a release that divers pulled them from the water, but they were pronounced dead.

They were identified as 37-year-old Jose Jorge Barroso-Alfaro and 35-year-old Martin Barroso-Alfaro, both of Mountain Home. The release didn’t identify which was the father or provide further details of their relationship.

According to Chicago Tribune: Every weekday, Masharah Tingling says her dad would walk her to her school and be waiting for her when classes finished up.

But on Wednesday afternoon, their ritual went terribly wrong when the two were confronted by a man with a lengthy criminal record on a Rogers Park street, according to Chicago police and Cook County prosecutors.

When the man hurled a racial epithet at them, Michael Tingling pulled his 15-year-old daughter behind him, authorities said. The man then struck her father in the chest, he tried to defend himself but moments later he collapsed in a nearby business and was rushed to the hospital in full cardiac arrest, according to prosecutors. Michael Tingling, 59, was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital in Evanston less than a hour.

According to Yahoo News: Arthur Morgan III of Eatontown is charged with killing his daughter, Tierra Morgan-Glover, in what prosecutors claim was a premeditated, jealous rage because the girl’s mother would not get back together with him. 

Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Jordan Williams told the jury that Morgan was driven by extreme jealousy and anger toward the girl’s mother, Imani Benton. She had refused to let him see Tierra the previous weekend because he was homeless and living in his car, Williams told the jury.

Despite her initial reluctance, Benton eventually agreed to let Morgan take Tierra to see “Happy Feet 2,” a movie about a dancing penguin. As he drove away with the girl strapped in the pink car seat that Benton had provided, he yelled at Benton, angry over the missed visit and suspicious she was seeing someone else, the prosecutor said.

Father Allegedly Kills Daughter, Attacks Pastor, Others For Converting to Christianity

The Oyo State Police command has arrested a  suspect in connection with the killing of his daughter, Miss Kausara Isiaka for allegedly converting to Christianity.

The suspect was alleged by Reverend Daniel Oladimeji, one of the four persons he attacked with machete that he suspected him to be  the brain behind the attack.

According to the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Olabisi Ilobanafor, one Mary Oladimeji, of Calvary Church, Ayekale, Ibadan reported the incident at the station at about 02:00 hours of February 26th 2014.

Though, the police are yet to determine his culpability or otherwise, the suspect allegedly sneaked into the church premises and inflicted machete cuts on the four persons.

Father Rapes Daughter To Get A Job

A 42-year-old father, Pedro Anegbe, has told an Ebute Meta Magistrate’s Court that a spirit asked him to rape his 15-year-old daughter to get a job.

He said the voice ordred him to rape the girl shortly after he lost his job and was idle at home.

Anegbe was arraigned on two counts for defiling his 15-year-old daughter (name withheld) at their home on Ifelodun Street, Fatolu Ipaja, Lagos State.

The Investigating Police Officer, Sergeant Bakare Murtala, told the court his findings in the course of investigation.

A man identified as Mr. Mathew Adewoye and his 8-month old daughter, Deborah, have been burnt to death after fire gutted their residence in Lagos, southwest Nigeria. The incident happened early Friday morning at  4, Nubi Close, Ebutte Metta, by Park Lane,  Apapa Road.

According to an eyewitness, Mr. Jacob, who lives close to the building, the fire started at 2 a.m. Friday.

Father, 71, Posts Heartbreaking Letter To Long-Lost Daughter Goes Viral Online

A heartbroken father who tried to reach his long-lost daughter by posting a letter in a newsagents has been given her address after his note go viral.

Desperate Michael Hogben, 71, penned the heart-rending letter in a bid to track down his daughter Mandy, who he lost contact with after he and her mother divorced.

He placed the advert in a local shop alongside those for window cleaners and plumbers in the hope that it would reach his daughter.

One passer-by saw the moving letter in a newsagents in Sheerness, Kent, and took a snap of it on their phone.

They posted the picture on Facebook where it has now been shared over 95,000 times.
