Identical Twin Sisters Each Give Birth On The Same Day Miles Apart

We’ve all heard of the mysterious connection twins often possess — from feeling each others’ pains and pleasures and having the same experiences while thousands of miles apart from one another.

Well, these two sisters’ wonder twin powers activated with a fury when not only did they conceive and carry their babies around the same time, but they gave birth at the exact same moment while states and states apart.

People: Identical twins Sarah Mariuz and Leah Rodgers have shared everything from clothes to toys over the years, but never did the sisters think they would give birth on the same day – let alone at the exact same time.

A WOMAN has won the battle and right to give birth to her own grandchild using her dead daughter's frozen eggs.

The grieving 60-year-old begged the Court of Appeal to help her to fulfil the last wishes of her "much-loved and only child", who lost a battle with bowel cancer in 2011. 

The landmark ruling - believed to be the first in British history - allows the grandmother to travel overseas and use a sperm donor. 

And it overturns an earlier High Court decision to dismiss the case.

Lawyers for the woman and her husband, referred to only as Mr and Mrs M, told how the eggs would be allowed to "perish" if they were not allowed to carry out their daughter's desperate last wish. 

19 Year Old Gives Birth To the World's 'Heaviest Baby Girl' Weighing 15 Pounds

A mother has given birth to the world's biggest baby girl - who weighs the same as an average six-month-old.

The unnamed baby was born by Caesarean section on Monday weighing a staggering 15lbs.Her 19-year-old mother, known only as Nandini, was astonished by the size of her first child when she was born in southern India.

And it is believed her birth overtakes the current record holder, Carisa Rusack, who was born weighing 14lb 5oz in Massachusetts in 2014.

The Guinness World Records Book just got a lot bigger when 36-year old, Anita Sullivan, gave birth to her 14th child, by her 14th baby father on Wednesday at the Harper University Hospital.

According to the internationally recognized authority on the cataloguing and verification of world records, Anita Sullivan has just become the first woman in recorded history to conceive children with more than thirteen different men.

“I’m extremely proud to have broken a World Record,” Anita told reporters. “My mother always told me that I was lazy and worthless, and that I would never accomplish anything in my life. Now, I’ve shown everyone that she was wrong, and that I can even be the best in the world when I put my mind to something. In fact, I’ve just accomplished something that no one had done before!”

Ghanaian Woman Gives Birth to Her Third Set of Twins in Five Years

A Ghanaian woman living in the UK with her husband has astounded nurses and upset odds of 500,000 to one by giving birth to her third consecutive set of twins.

Abigail Adama, 30, gave birth at Bradford Royal Infirmary to the baby girls, who as yet have not been named. She and her husband Shaibu Abu-Adama, who moved to Bradford from Ghana in 2013, have a pair of four-year-olds and a pair of 18-month-old twins. Their oldest twins are brother and sister, Ohene and Ohenewa, and their second twins are  Okese and Nana-Oye.

Mrs Adama and her husband Shaibu Abu-Adama, also 30, of Sutton Road, Tyersal, said they were astounded when they found out they were expecting another set of twins.

A very rare condition has resulted in woman giving birth to miracle conjoined twins with two brains in the same skull. The baby appears to have to faces, attached to one neck and body.

Renee Young had been advised to terminate the pregnancy by doctors in Australia ‘because it would be looked upon by the public as a freak’.

 
But she defied the doctors because Ms Young had never terminated a pregnancy and because they had a family 'that gives us a lot of support'.

 
Now she and partner Simon Howie, from Sydney, have now welcomed the astonishing little girls – six weeks early.

And they've been given appropriate names – Faith and Hope.

The girls are the result of a rare condition known as disrosopus, where a baby is born with two faces.

Woman Gives Birth to Stone in Yola, Adamawa, Nigeria

Amina Bello, 25-year old woman in Yolde  Pate in Yola South LGA of Adamawa State, on Tuesday, delivered a sizable stone. Bello narrated her story at the opening ceremony of  Vesico vaginal fistula (VVF) free medical treatment in Yola Specialists Hospital. Bello, who is also a VVF patient, told the gathering that after four years pregnancy, she finally delivered a sizable stone last year.

"I was holding a pregnancy for the duration of four years, which I bitterly suffered because of the heavy weight of what is contained in the stomach,” she said. “It was last year around June, I started feeling labour and I was in that condition for three days and finally I delivered a stone.”

She said that it was after the delivery she now discovered that she was affected with VVF. Responding, Dr Sunday Lengmang, Director VVF Centre, Jos, confirmed that giving birth to a stone or any object was possible.

This is the first picture of nun and new mother Roxana Rodriguez. The 33-year-old woman, a nun with the order of the Little Disciples of Jesus, stunned her mother superior and local church chiefs after giving birth last week to a baby boy, which she has called Francis, in honour of the current Pope. Sister Roxana initially claimed to have no idea that she was pregnant and thought her labour pains were 'stomach cramps' when an ambulance rushed her to hospital in severe pain after being called by fellow nuns when she collapsed at her nunnery.

Her picture was published in the Italian daily newspaper Corriere Della Sera, who have carried out an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the birth of 9lb Francis and have spoken to the social worker in the case.

It shows Sister Roxana, who is currently in the first floor maternity unit at the San Camillo de Lellis hospital in Rieti, 50 miles north of Rome, as she took her vows and became a nun in the order last September. She told her social worker Anna Fontanella:'I am so happy. I feel more of a mother than a nun, I think that's obvious. I decided to call him Francis in honour of our wonderful south American Pope. I do not feel of guilt. I will be keeping him and bringing him up.

Pregnant Robbery Accused Gives Birth In Prison

A pregnant robbery accused, Alhaja Sherifat Ashabi Adeleke, has given birth to a baby boy in prison in Lagos, southwest Nigeria. The operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, Lagos Police Command, for her alleged roles in trans-border armed robbery operations, arrested Sherifat recently.

The 35-year old suspect whose gang members usually operate from Cotonou, Republic of Benin, delivered her 3.7 kilogram baby at the police clinic.

The paraga (local herb laced with alcohol) seller who was arraigned with other members of her gang at the Ikeja Chief Magistrate’s Court, Lagos, is now at the Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison Clinic with her new baby.
