Philando Castile Police Killing Caught On Facebook Live. 

Not even 24-hours into the collective mourning and search for answers and justice over the death of Alton Sterling, another brutal police killing of an African American man has been caught on camera.

Lavish Reynolds was driving with her boyfriend Philando Castile and her 4-year-old daughter in the backseat when police pulled them over for a busted tail light. According to a 10-minute live broadcast she shared via Facebook Live, the officer shot Philando 4 times in the chest and arm as he reached for his license and identification, as asked by officers.

AN enterprising fisherman was able to catch some dinner from the comfort of the pavement after tropical storms left his city centre submerged.

Following an unseasonably heavy rainstorm, traffic across Bangkok, Thailand, was paralysed as roads turned to lakes – complete with a range of aquatic wildlife.

Local news crews caught arrived just in time to film the quick-thinking Thai man while he scurried around with a makeshift fishing net scooping up an impressive haul.

The remarkable footage was made complete by the sight of slow-moving traffic attempting to cut across the newly-created lake as the unidentified fisherman charged around the water with his net.

Two Men Arrested After Bragging On Facebook Live Video About Robbery

Two Florida men have been arrested and a third is still on the run after they were busted bragging on Facebook Live Video according to NBC Miami reports:

Raderius Glenn Collins, 18, and Marcus Terrell Parker, 27, were arrested on multiple charges including burglary, grand theft, criminal mischief and dealing in stolen property in the crime spree that brought them more than $500,000 worth of jewelry, police said.

Police say Collins, Parker and a third man burglarized a house in the 13200 block of Southwest 63rd Court and a home on the 6300 block of 107th Street in Pinecrest.

A ten year old boy is $10,000 richer after he managed to find a fault with Instagram.

Jani, from Helsinki, Finland, became the youngest person to receive one of Facebook’s ‘bug bounties’, which rewards people who find bugs in one of its systems.

But it wasn’t as simple as pointing out the filters did not actually make everyone look more attractive.

The schoolboy spotted a problem that allowed you to erase other people’s comments.

Instagram Videos Now A Minute Long from 15 Seconds

Videos posted to Instagram accounts can now be as long as a minute, the social media company has announced.

At present, Instagram allows videos of just 15 seconds, so the longer videos, which begin rolling out today but will continue over several months, represents a big jump for the company.

In a blog post, it said the change was ‘one step of many you’ll see this year.’

‘We want to bring you fun, flexible and creative ways to create and watch video on Instagram,’ it reads.

Suspect On The Run Mocks Police on Facebook After They Issue Post Asking People To Turn Him IN

A MAN being sought by cops for an alleged offence has trolled a local police Facebook post calling for him to surrender himself.

Local law enforcement in the US town of Linden, Alabama put out a photo of Roderick Hill with an accompanying ‘wanted’ message on its official account.

The message read: “Roderick Hill of Linden and Mobile is wanted for Attempting to Elude, considered armed.

“Anyone caught helping him will be charged with Hindering Prosecution.”

But the man himself appeared to comment on the post, apparently surprised by all the fuss.

Last Sunday, a video was posted on Facebook showing Helen Bartlett, a mother of four from Point Fortin, beating her daughter while hurling profanities at her. The 6 minute clip shows the angry mum raining blows on the girl, who whimpers in pain. Oyibo people feel the beating is shocking and call it child abuse but we are Africans and we have probably seen or experienced worse.

The woman has since said she does not regret beating the girl the way she did and is prepared to go to jail to set her wayward young daughter on the right path. She said since their father left them, the young girl has been unmanageable and she's scared the girl will either end up pregnant or killed. A court in Accra, Ghana has jailed one boy, Henry Alibah for six months for posting nude pictures of his former girlfriend on Facebook after she ended their relationship. He tagged the pictures as “Porn star, pay and f***” and even added the lady’s mobile phone number.

Derek Medina, 31, Who Killed Wife & Put Photo of Her Body on Facebook

The Florida husband accused of shooting dead his wife and then posting a photo of her dead body on Facebook has asked the judge to have the victim’s remains tested for bath salts and other illegal substances. Derek Medina's attorney Saam Zanganeh filed documents Tuesday requesting access to Jennifer Alfonso’s body.
Medina, 31, is scheduled to go on trial March 17 after being charged last month with first-degree murder in connection to the August 2013 slaying of 26-year-old Alfonso in their South Miami home.

The accused killer had previously admitted to shooting his wife six to eight times, but has since changed his story, insisting that he was acting in self-defense because Alfonso was acting erratically and violently.
