GRAPHIC FOOTAGE: Woman Attacked By Neighbors After She Complained About Their Weed Smoking

The victim was attacked by a neighbor, Mr. Emeka Ngejieme and his friend, Chiemeka Anoske after she cautioned them that their "weed smoking" activity was disturbing the air in the compound. 

Also warned of risk of explosions due to presence of gasoline and other combustible materials within the premises. 

First Marijuana Customer in Washington 'Fired From Job'

The first man to buy legal recreational marijuana in a Washington town has claimed he was fired as a consequence of it.

Michael Kelly Boyer was the first customer at Green Leaf in Spokane when the sales became legal across Washington State.

He said that one of his employers, Labor Ready, wanted him to take and pass a drug test.

According to news reports, a client had complained after seeing him on TV coverage of the stores opening.

His test came back positive, Mr Boyer said.

Mr Boyer posted his claim and resume on Craigslist in a post titled "LOST MY JOB! still #1 tho!!"

Florida Man Arrested For Doing Drugs In Hospital Maternity Ward - Via TC Palm reports: A rock concert is a place where it might be common to smell someone smoking marijuana. A hospital’s delivery and infant unit is not.

A Feb. 4 report of pot smoking in that area of Martin Medical Center in Stuart brought police to the hospital.

A security official told police the charge nurse in the delivery unit caught a whiff of spliff being smoked in a particular room, according to a recently released arrest affidavit.

David Bastin, 28, of Jupiter, wound up getting busted on misdemeanor marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession charges.

Justin Bieber’s Plane Held On Pot Suspicion - Via NY Post reports: Justin Bieber’s personal plane — headed to New Jersey for the Super Bowl — was held at Teterboro Airport on Friday afternoon under suspicion it was carrying marijuana, law enforcement sources said.

 

The plane had just arrived at 2:53 p.m. from Toronto when authorities detected what was described as a strong odor of pot. The plane, believed to be a twin-jet Raytheon Hawker 800, was ordered held until drug-sniffing dogs could check it out.

Justin Bieber Tested Positive For Marijuana And Xanax

Justin Bieber tested positive for marijuana and the anti-anxiety drug Xanax after his arrest in South Florida, a preliminary toxicology report has revealed. The report released on Thursday did not show any other illicit drugs in the pop star's system.

The 19-year-old singer was arrested last week in Miami Beach on charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and having an expired driver's licence. Police said Bieber admitted to smoking marijuana, drinking and taking a prescription medication.

A police report said initial breath tests placed Bieber's blood-alcohol content below the .02 level considered intoxicated for under-21 drivers.

The teen idol's lawyers have filed a written not guilty plea ahead of a Valentine's Day court date.
His February 14 hearing will be followed up less than a month later by a separate legal proceeding in Canada, where Bieber faces an assault charge.

Two Men Arrested With N11m Worth of Marijuana (Weed)

The Oyo State Police Command has intercepted a lorry with 646 bags of weed suspected to be marijuana. The police also arrested two suspects, David Ndidi and Toyin Adegoke, in connection with the discovery.

Commissioner of Police, Mohamed Ndabawa, said the command acted after intelligence was received on the activities of the suspects.

He said “On November 29, a consignment of weed suspected to be Indian hemp was packaged for conveyance in a truck at a cannabis plantation in Eleja village, near Akanran, Ibadan.

LandLord Sets 6 People On Fire For Smoking Indian Hemp

Six young men accused of smoking Indian hemp and gambling have been set ablaze in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, by a house owner in their area.

PREMIUM TIMES learnt that the landlord, identified as Agba, in Ago-Oko area of the town where the incident occurred, had warned the boys on several occasions to desist from their acts, warnings they ignored.

However, on Tuesday night, the boys engaged in their acts in their regular building which infuriated Agba, their neighbour. The landlord subsequently poured a keg of petrol, through his window on the first floor of a storey building, on the boys.

Bus-ted! Drugs 'Seized On Justin Bieber Tour Bus at Canadian border'

He was caught up in controversy earlier this year when he was pictured allegedly smoking marijuana. And now Justin Bieber is embroiled in yet another scandal after drugs were found on a bus connected to his current tour at the Canadian border.

Law enforcement officials confirmed they seized both marijuana and drug paraphernalia on board the vehicle when it was stopped at the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada and Detroit. Chief Customs and Border Protection Officer Ken Hammond told TMZ a sniffer dog detected the presence of the drugs on board. A search was then launched, which uncovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He also said the government frowns about Igbo as illegal, "Our government sees Igbo as illegal because it is a black man’s inheritance and not from white people; maybe if it was from Europe like cigarette, it would have been legalised.

Tonto Dikeh Could Face 15-year Jail Term Over Marijuana Photos On Instagram

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Friday said controversial Nigerian actress, Tonto Dikeh, risks a minimum of 15 years in jail for encouraging the consumption of hemp.

Dikeh had posted photographs of a wrap of hemp and grains of the weed formed into the letters, ‘Happy birthday POKO.’ and added the inscription, ‘Mi smoke ganja mi smoke weed while my hatez smoke ma gossip.’ Her picture is a close-up of her face that seemed to depict her in a high state.

NDLEA spokesman, Mr. Mitchell Ofoyeju, said the matter would be investigated.

Ofoyeju said, “Our attention has been drawn to the post quite frankly and I can tell you that action will be taken on it. The law is clear and NDLEA has been very clear on the issue. No one is permitted to sell, use, cultivate or encourage the use of Indian hemp in Nigeria. The weed is one of the banned narcotics in the country.  'Photo after the jump'

The U.S. has not #legalizedit across the board, but Colorado and Washington have, and you can get a medicinal card in California like it's no thing.

Or so we've heard. Yeah, that's it.

2 Chainz Cleared in Marijuana Case!

2 Chainz is off the hook for his recent marijuana arrest..., which is not altogether shocking when you recall that, the arresting officers to pics with the guy. The ruling came down, with a Maryland judge determining there insufficient evidence to prove the weed on the rapper's tour van was his.

The rapper got popped in February when cops pulled over 2 Chainz in a van he was riding in with six others. Chainz was the only one cited at the time.
