Man Murders Wife’s Lover On Matrimonial Bed in Ogun, Nigeria

A 32-year-old businessman, Ezekiel Igbokwe, has been arrested by the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly killing his wife’s lover, Victor Olatundun.

Igbokwe was said to have killed Olatundun after he caught him having sex with his wife at their matrimonial home.

The suspect, who committed the crime on Wednesday, July 27, was arrested by the police the following day.

Igbokwe and his 28-year-old wife were paraded at the Ogun State Police Command headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, on Thursday.

According to Punch ,Igbokwe, who said he was a businessman, explained that he had returned from his trip to Onitsha and met Victor on top of his wife on their matrimonial bed.

Police Arraign Seven Year Old Boy For Murder In Enugu, Nigeria

The police in Enugu on Friday arraigned a seven-year-old boy, Chibuike Miracle Oramalu, before a magistrate court, for alleged murder.

Chibuike, a primary two pupil in a nursery and primary school, had on May 29, accidentally fired a gun, which killed 12-year-old Oluebube Boniface.

The gun belonged to Mr. Edwin Oforma, who employed Chibuike’s mother as a cleaner and housekeeper in his house.

Chibuike accidentally fired the shot after discovering the gun in Oforma’s room while making the bed, as he was instructed by Chukwunanu, Oforma’s son.
Following the incident, the boy was initially detained by the police from May 30 till July 13, when he was released.

Brothers Kill Two To Implicate Elder Brother Over Inheritance

Two  brothers, Saidi and Idris Amadu, from Kwara State, have confessed to killing a woman, Rohimat Kehinde, and a girl, Fasilat Azeez, to implicate their eldest brother, Ayodele, over a family inheritance.

The suspects said they were angry at their late father for giving Ayodele 40 cows and gave them 10 cows each as their own inheritance.

Speaking during the week while being paraded by the Kwara State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Samuel Okaula, in Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, the suspects stated that they, in company of a fleeing suspect, Quadri Ayodele, killed the victims and pulled their corpses close to the residence of 
Ayodele to implicate him.

Former Minister of Justice in Malawi Convicted for Attempted Murder

The Malawi High Court on Thursday convicted former Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister, Raphael Kasambara, for attempting to murder the country’s former Budget Director, Paul Mphwiyo, in 2013.
The court found the former minister and two others, Pika Manondo and Macdonald Kumwembe, guilty of conspiracy to murder and also found the other two guilty of attempted murder.
The attempted murder of the former director took place on the night of Aug. 13, 2013 at the gates of his residence in Lilongwe.
Mphwiyo was shot three times at close range as he awaited the opening of the gate.

Buhari Orders IGP To Re-open Bola Ige, Dokubo’s Cases

President Muhammadu Buhari, yesterday, directed the Acting Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, to reopen investigation into the unresolved murder of former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Chief Bola Ige, and ex-Deputy National Chairman, South-South, of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Aminosari Dokubo, and fish out the perpetrators.

The killing of the two personalities caused national outrage, with Nigerians calling on the government of former President Olusegun Obasanjo to fish out the killers who have still not been found.

Recall that Chief Bola Ige was shot dead in his bedroom in Bodija, Ibadan, home at about 9pm on December 23, 2001, after he arrived Ibadan from Lagos at about 8.30pm.

His security details were said to have sought permission from the former Attorney General to go and eat before the incident occurred.

27 Year Old Teacher Murdered In Cold Blood In Her Apartment. Lover Accused

She was supposed to go to her parents’ house at Oshodi on that fateful Friday like she usually did every weekend after closing from work as a secondary school teacher at Abule Oko, a community in Ogun State.

But this day — June 23, 2016 — turned out to be different for both her and her family.

After waiting till Friday night and still didn’t hear anything from her daughter, with her two mobile phone lines switched off, her father was troubled and had to come looking for her.

There and then he got one of the most shocking moments any parent could ever witness.
The door to her apartment was locked, but one of the windows was opened.

Police Detain Boy, 7, Over Alleged Murder in Enugu, Nigeria

A primary two pupil, Chibuike Oramalu, has been detained by the Enugu State Police Command for alleged murder.
The command detained the seven-year-old Chibuike over the death of a 12-year-old boy, Oluebube Boniface, on May 29, 2016.
According to the suspect’s mother, Mrs. Nwakaego Oramalu, Chibuike has been in detention since May 30.

Nwakaego, a single mother of five children, said the incident that led to her son’s arrest and detention happened at a residence in the Independence Layout area of Enugu, where she worked as a housekeeper.

Not even 24-hours into the collective mourning and search for answers and justice over the death of Alton Sterling, another brutal police killing of an African American man has been caught on camera.

Lavish Reynolds was driving with her boyfriend Philando Castile and her 4-year-old daughter in the backseat when police pulled them over for a busted tail light. According to a 10-minute live broadcast she shared via Facebook Live, the officer shot Philando 4 times in the chest and arm as he reached for his license and identification, as asked by officers.

33 Year Old Woman Raped & Murdered In Edo State, Nigeria

A 33 year old woman identified as Akhere Emujede has been raped and murdered at Ubiaja town, headquarters of Esan South East Local Government.
Her corpse was dumped in a church within the locality.

Eyewitnesses said the victim’s throat was slit and vital organs removed from her body.

She was said to have attended a church programme from a neighboring village but was killed.

The killing of Akhere has brought cases of suspected ritual killings in Ubiaja to seven within six days.

A human head was said to have been dumped in front of a school principal office and another body was found within the school premises.

Philippine President Encourages Citizens To Murder Drug Dealers In The Streets

The violence that surrounds the drug trade in the Philippines is at an all time high, and the recently elected President has had enough according to the AP…

The Philippine president-elect has encouraged the public to help him in his war against crime, urging citizens with guns to shoot and kill drug dealers who resist arrest and fight back in their neighborhoods.

In a nationally televised speech late Saturday, Rodrigo Duterte told a huge crowd in the southern city of Davao that Filipinos who help him battle crime will be rewarded.

“Please feel free to call us, the police, or do it yourself if you have the gun — you have my support,” Duterte said, warning of an extensive illegal drug trade that involves even the country’s police.

Woman Kills Father After Dead Mother Told Her He Was Behind Her Troubles

A lady, who allegedly killed her father over suspicion that he was responsible for the deaths of her five children, two husbands and mother, said she had no intention of killing him but was provoked into taking the action.

 The 31-year- old Glory Bassey,over-burdened by her wordly challenges she went before her late mother’s grave to seek solutions to her woes. 

Glory Bassey in a chat with Vanguard said after crying at the mother’s grave, she allegedly appeared to her in a dream and revealed that it was the dad who was behind her woes.

The sad 31-year-old woman confronted the dad with the allegation of witchcraft, which the father refuted, but not without a dispute that led to the death of the 75 yeas old father, Chief Bassey Daniel Udo.

I Work for Lagos Policeman Suspected Robber

A 21-year-old suspected robber, Akeem Popoola, says a police inspector attached to the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, uses him to swindle unsuspecting victims.

He said he had worked for the policeman, identified as Inspector Festus, aka Ijaya, for about four months before he was arrested.The carpenter, who is currently in custody at the Agbado divison, Ogun State, was arrested for robbery and burglary. A mattress and speakers of a sound system were reportedly recovered from him in the Giwa area of Agbado on April 6.

He told PUNCH Metro that apart from burglary, he used to collect phones from the inspector and he would later sell them.

Man Stabs Friend To Death Over N2,000 in Lagos, Nigeria

The remains of 37-year-old Kamoli Isiaka, who was stabbed to death by his friend Azeez, last week, at Ololade Street at Morogbo community, have been committed to mother earth at a Muslim burial ground at Iyana Isashi.

It was gathered that the late Isiaka and his friend, Azeez, had issue  over N2,000 given to them by one Mr. Ololade in the neighbourhood, which led to the former being stabbed in the neck by the latter.

When Vanguard reporter visited the scene of the incident at Ololade Street in Morogbo community,  the family and friends of the deceased had already gone to Badagry General Hospital to retrieve the remains for burial according to Muslim rites.

Woman Kills Husband Before Skinning and Cooking Corpse to Serve to His Three Children

ABATTOIR worker Katherine Knight stabbed her husband 37 times before hanging his skin from meat hooks.
The 60-year-old tortured her victim John Price until his final moments and took his head as a souvenir.
Police found John's head boiling on the stove and slices of his buttocks which had been prepared for dinner for his three children
Knight became the first Australian woman to be sentenced to life without parole in 2001.
The story became infamous and was immortalised in the book Blood Stain by Peter Lalor.

Fears DNA Tests Will Come Up Fruitless in O.J. Simpson Murder Case

The knife buried on O.J. Simpson's former Rockingham estate may hold lots of secrets, but unlocking them may be next to impossible ... with one glimmer of hope.
We spoke with a number of forensic experts who say a knife secreted underground for 4 years is likely to become contaminated by bacteria, chemicals and various microorganisms in the dirt, making it extremely difficult to get meaningful results in DNA tests.  
The experts add the natural elements pose an additional, significant obstacle to DNA tests.

Buck Knife Could Produce Ron and Nicole's Fatal Wounds in O.J. Simpson Murder Case

The knife found buried on O.J. Simpson's former estate was more than capable of inflicting the mortal wounds on Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman ... so says the man who examined the wounds of the victims.
Dr. Irwin Golden, who served as the Deputy Medical Examiner, testified in the O.J. Simpson case and performed both autopsies, tells TMZ the folding buck knife could have severely cut both victims. Nicole was brutally attacked with a deep neck wound -- 2 1/2 inches deep and 5 1/2 inches across -- and Golden says a 4" blade could have done the deed.  We broke the story ... the knife in question has a 5" blade.
Sources connected with the 1994 investigation and others involved in the evaluation of the knife tell us there was always a wide belief among LAPD cops that Simpson used a buck knife.

Accountant Kills 14 Family Members, Then Hangs Himself

An accountant allegedly slaughtered 14 members of his own family, including seven children, with a butcher's knife before hanging himself.

Husnain Warerkar, 35, slit his relatives' throats during a family celebration in the Indian district of Thane in the early hours of today, police said.The victims included his parents, his wife and seven children.One of his sisters was the only survivor of the horrific attack, UK Mirror reports. 

The terrified woman was taken to a nearby hospital by neighbours after her brother slaughtered the rest of their family.

Neighbours described the alleged killer as a cheerful person who showed no signs of any psychological disorder.

Man Completes 30 Year Murder Sentence, Kills His Mother Two Days Later

In October 1984, Steven Pratt shot dead a man in his home town in New Jersey.
He was tried as an adult for the murder and began serving his 30-year sentence at a maximum security prison.

Thirty years later, Steven was expected to start his life afresh, as he made his way home to where his family held a welcome party.

Things should have been different for Steven but history would repeat itself very soon.

Gwendolyn Pratt, 64, was killed by her son two days after her came out of prison.

Egyptian Boy, Aged 4 Sentenced To Life in Prison For Committing ''Murder' When He Was One

An Egyptian court has sentenced a four-year-old boy to life in prison for committing four 'murders' when he was only one and a half years old,the Jerusalem Post reports.

Ahmed Mansour Karni was convicted in absentia of four counts of murder, eight of attempted murder, vandalising property, disturbance of peace and threatening police officers. 

The boy was part of a list of 115 defendants who were all given life sentences at a military court in Cairo for crimes committed on 3 January 2014 in the province of Fayoum, 70km south of Cairo.

Ahmed's name was added to the list by mistake but the court refused to accept documents proving his age, according to the boy's lawyers.

Sad Story of 22 Year Old Graduate Butchered to Death By Her Fiance

The gruesome murder of 22-year-old Precious Naza Onyenanu, who graduated last year from Imo State University with a degree in Edu­cation (Economics), has given her traumatized father, Mr. Innocent Eze Onyenanu and other relations the greatest shock of their lives.

He still shudders every time the thought flashes in his mind and his tears have also not ceased to flow. Precious, a native of Isu, in Isu Local Government Area of Imo State was allegedly butchered by Ephraim Isom, 27, a graduate of Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RUST), who hails from Andoni Lo­cal Government Area in Rivers State. 

The heinous murder took place in a hotel in the Rukpokwu area of Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital. Precious met Ephraim in 2012, when he was posted to Imo State for the national youth service and they fell in love.
