Tupac's Estate Threatens Auctioneer With Lawsuit

Tupac's estate is pissed yet another person is trying to take advantage of his art, and plans to block the sale of his handwritten lyrics to "Catchin' Feelings."
Pac's estate claims managers and employees had a fire sale after the rapper's death -- selling off tons of his personal property -- but says it is the rightful owner of all his lyrics and written creations, because he never sold any of them.
As we reported, memorabilia company Moments in Time plans to sell the original lyric sheet on Sept. 13th ... the 20th anniversary of Pac's death.

Tupac's Mum, Afeni Shakur Took Care Of All His Music & Financial Legacy Before Her Death

Afeni Shakur made sure to take meticulous care of her son’s vast musical legacy before her tragic passing.
According to TMZ, Tupac’s mother did right behind him her entire life.
Afeni had set up a trust to control all of Tupac’s music rights, and a rep for his estate tells us the paperwork is flawless. She also named the perfect executor, Tom Whalley — former head of Warner Bros. Records — to handle Tupac’s valuable catalog.
We’re told the trust is very specific about heirs, and the money is going to select charities and family. Afeni is survived by her sister, Gloria, and a daughter, Sekyiwa Shakur … Tupac’s half sister.

Ex-LAPD Officer Claims Diddy Allegedly Paid $1 Million To Have Tupac Killed

In the nearly 20 years since Tupac Shakur’s still unsolved murder, several theories have been thrown out about who was responsible. The latest can be found in the new documentary, Murder Rap: Inside the Biggie and Tupac Murders.

An ex-LAPD officer claims Diddy put a $1 million hit on ‘Pac, and intern, Suge Knight had Biggie killed, allegedly. Retired cop Greg Kading, who investigated both murders, says Diddy hired gang member Duane Keith “Keffe D” Davis to take out Pac an Knight.

Worth noting is that a similar claim was refuted back in 2008, with the Los Angeles Times retracting a story when the newspaper found that the sources used were not credible, as pointed out by TMZ.

The Notorious B.I.G to Star in New Animated TV Series "House of Wallace” 16 Years after Death

The ghost of Biggie Smalls - as well as the late rapper's children - are set to star in a new animated TV show. Seriously. This is an actual project.
The show will focus on Biggie Smalls' offspring and how they're running his New York recording studio, producers from Ossian Media said.
House of Wallace will star T'yanna Wallace, 19, and C.J. Wallace, 16, voicing their animated likenesses. The hip-hop legend's kids said in a statement:
"It's been 16 years since our Dad was murdered and we miss him dearly."
"It is such an honor for us to be able to carry on his legacy, not only through his music but also by channeling him through our own creativity."
"House Of Wallace is a great opportunity to bridge the gap between our parents who loved his music and [those who were] not around to really appreciate it."
