Private School Teacher in Ogun State beaten By Mob After Parent Caught Him Sexually Abusing Male Pupil

The Ogun State Police Command has arrested a private school teacher, Matthew Sodeke, for alleged child abuse in Igbala community in the  Sango Ota area of the state.

It was learnt that Sodeke, an English Language teacher, was caught sucking the private parts of a male pupil.

The teacher was reportedly caught by a parent who had come to pick his child in the school.

According to PUNCH Metro it was gathered that the teacher allegedly sexually assaulted the 16-year-old boy, identified only as Ajala, in one of the offices of the school after closing hours.

On Tuesday, July 12, around 4pm, Sodeke was said to have called the pupil upstairs into one of the offices.

She was supposed to go to her parents’ house at Oshodi on that fateful Friday like she usually did every weekend after closing from work as a secondary school teacher at Abule Oko, a community in Ogun State.

After waiting till Friday night and still didn’t hear anything from her daughter, with her two mobile phone lines switched off, her father was troubled and had to come looking for her.

Photos have emerged of a naked high school teacher in Guangxi province trying to rape a female student on campus. 

The incident occurred around noon time on March 28 at Taiping High School in Lingshan County, the People's Daily Online reports. 
Teachers immediately intervened and managed to free the student from the 30-year-old male teacher, surnamed Huo. The victim reportedly suffered no injuries.

The Publicity Department of Lingshan County released a statement confirming the incident. It said Huo has a suspected mental illness and works in the laboratories of the school.

Teacher Stabbed To Death in Front of Pupils

A teenage pupil has been arrested after a female teacher was stabbed to death in front of other students at a secondary school in Leeds.

Police say the 15-year-old is being held in connection with the attack at Corpus Christi Catholic College.

Anne Maguire, aged 61, who taught Spanish and was a head of year at the school, was stabbed repeatedly in her classroom while around 30 pupils looked on.

Officers were called to the school at 11.48am after a report a member of staff had been stabbed. A knife has been recovered by police at the scene.

Chief Superintendent Paul Money said the teacher suffered a number of stab wounds and was taken to hospital for treatment, but subsequently pronounced dead.
