Hulk Hogan In Court Over $100m Sex Tape Lawsuit

HULK Hogan took to the witness stand in his $100 million sex tape lawsuit against news website Gawker.

Hulk Hogan has told a court in Florida he thought it was a joke when his former best friend Bubba 'the Love Sponge' Clem said his wife wanted to have sex with him.

However, the radio presenter filmed it and the Gawker website published the resulting sex tape.

Now, the 62-year-old former professional wrestler is suing Gawker for $100m.

Lawyers for the longtime WWE champion claim he had the right to privacy in a private bedroom. They are also claiming emotional distress, and say the video was filmed without his knowledge.

Meanwhile, one of his two victims has recounted her experience. Funmilayo Adebayo, the victim who was beaten, dragged, and then dipped into putrid muddy water, told SaharaTV that she is slowly recovering from her wounds. But, she has now been warned by her medical doctors not to lift heavy objects due to the internal injuries she suffered from the beating. 

Her brother, Segun, also captured in the video attempting to separate the victim and the policeman, spoke about the incident. Segun said that the moblie police officer Mohammed had shot up to 20 rounds of bullets at the scene of the torture.

The policeman (pictured above) caught on Video trying to obtain N25k from a motorist has been arrested by the Nigerian police. The police claimed via a Facebook post that the erring police officer, whose name they didn't make public, is awaiting an “orderly room trial. The police said the officer is a sergeant attached to the Lagos State Command Motor Traffic Division.
