Barely a month after his second
wife, Fadekemi, delivered a baby boy and the seventh child, the mistress of
Kehinde Oloyede, Funke Akindele’s hubby, Modinat Dada, has put to bed another
bouncing baby boy. The new baby arrived about four weeks ago.
The naming ceremony, according to
reliable sources was very private and low key at the baby mother’s Agege, Lagos
home. According to the source, Kehinde Oloyede, politician and estate
developer, was conspicuously absent at the naming ceremony, which was attended
by a handful of Modinat’s family members and friends.

8-Year-Old Marries 61-Year-Old Woman In Zimbabwe
The bride
was 61 years old and the groom was an eight-year-old boy! Both families were
present at the wedding of Sanele Masilela (8) and Helen Shabangu (61) and the
bride’s husband and her five children were also at the wedding in Zimbabwe.
The boy’s
aunt, Patience Masilela (46), explained why the wedding took place.
She said:
“The boy was named after his late grandfather who never had a white wedding, so
the ancestors told the boy to get married and he chose Helen to be his bride.
The family took his desire to get married very seriously. They paid for
the bride in March last year and spent a lot on the wedding because they
believed it was what the ancestors wanted.”

NIGERIAN PRESIDENT MOURNS LATE JUSTUS ESIRI
President Goodluck Jonathan has commiserated with Nigerians over the demise of veteran Nollywood actor, Justus Esiri who died on Tuesday.
In a
statement made available by his Special Adviser on Media & Publicity, Dr.
Reuben Abati, the President described the late actor as “an epitome of commitment,
excellence and creativity.”
Pistorius Witness 'Heard Shots, Screams, More Shots'
A witness heard gunshots, screaming, and then more shots fired
at the home of athlete Oscar Pistorius on the night Reeva Steenkamp was killed,
a police officer has said.
Day two of his bail hearing in Pretoria also heard police
suggest Mr Pistorius may flee if he is granted bail.

been for more than one year after a kidney transplant.

Women Hid Boy for 8 Years, Convicted of Kidnapping
Two women in East Texas have been
convicted of kidnapping after a jury agreed they abducted a boy when he was
eight months old and help him for eight years.
Gloria Walker faces life in prison,
while daughter Krystle Tanner could spend 20 years behind bars, because they
grabbed Miguel Morin in 2004, although both women testified the child's mother
actually sold the baby to them at the time.
But prosecutors convinced jury members
that Tanner and Walked hid Miguel from authorities over the last eight years,
while also denying him basic medical care and keeping him out of school.

Lagos State Safety Commission: Nightclubs, Bars Not Safety Compliant
Director-General,
Lagos State Safety Commission, Mrs. Dominga Odebunmi, says most of the
nightclubs and bars in the state are not observing safety precautions.
In a
statement on Tuesday, Odebunmi said the commission had commenced
monitoring all nightclub outlets in the state.
She said
the outcome of a compliance monitoring of the outlets by the commission was
unbelievable.
The
director-general said, “CME was carried out on 19 nightclubs and entertainment
outlets, but only one was found to be safe.

Prince Michael Jackson, the late King of

Tonight. He made his debut this week.

N50m Fraud: RMD Accused Of Embezzling And Reportedly On The Run From EFCC
According
to Sahara reporters, Philo Nkem Ajufo, the acting
General Manager of Delta State Tourism Board, has been detained by the Economic
and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Abuja over her role in a financial
scheme.
Ms. Ajufo
is reportedly being quizzed for conniving with her boss, Richard Mofe Damijo
(RMD) to embezzle N50 million from the state Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
Mr. Mofe
Damijo, a well-known Nollywood star, is the commissioner in charge of the
ministry. Our EFCC said the commissioner was also being sought by the
anti-corruption agency, but he has been elusive.

MOM ARRESTED FOR HIRING STRIPERS FOR HER 16YEAR OLD SON PARTY
A New
York mother has been charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a
child after she allegedly hired two strippers to perform lap dances on the
guests at her son’s 16th birthday party.
Judy
Viger, 33, hired the women from a company called Tops in Bottoms and arranged
for them to perform in a private room at the Spare Time Bowling Center in South
Glens Falls on Nov. 3.
At the
party, the women performed what police describe as “personal and intimate”
dances with the party guests, some of whom were as young as 13.

Report following the autopsy

Justus Esiri is DEAD
This is
beginning to look like a not too pleasant year for Nigerian Entertainers as
we're still mourning YEt, another movie icon and legendary actor Justus Esiri has died movies and is
the father of Mavin artist, Dr. Sid.
The
Member of the Order of the Niger (MON), famous for his role as the Village
Headmaster in popular 80's sitcom of the same name, passed on last night.
He was
said to have passed on in
a Lagos hospital.
May his
soul rest in peace... Amen.
