Five Star Music Artiste, Harrysong and crew had a terrible and deadly accident along Owerri-Onitsha expressway yesterday.

They were on their way to Owerri to catch a flight to Lagos where Harrysong was supposed to perform at the Opening Gala night of Project Fame season 9. Thankfully, no one was hurt.

A teenager has defied bullies who made fun out of the way she looked after her face was removed by surgeons following a horrific car crash.

Chloe Thomson, from Renfrewshire, was 11 years old when she was severely injured in a car crash in Argyll and Bute, Scotland.

She had to undergo emergency surgery to treat dozens of broken bones in her face and body, the Daily Record reports.

Surgeons also had to remove her face in a nine-hour facial reconstruction operation so they could rebuild her shattered features.

Jennifer, Chloe’s mother, told the paper: ‘They had to take her whole face off, strip it back and put her face back together. It was the worst time of my life.’

Actor Tracy Morgan Sues Walmart Over Crash

Tracy Morgan was severely injured because Walmart allowed one of its drivers to become so exhausted behind the wheel an accident was destined to happen ... so claims Morgan in a new lawsuit.

The suit -- reported in the NY Post -- claims Tracy sustained, "severe painful bodily injuries, including but not limited to multiple fractures which required multiple surgeries, extensive medical treatment and will require significant physical rehabilitation.”

According to the lawsuit ... Roper had driven 700 miles from his home to the Walmart distribution center before beginning his fatal drive.  One person died when Roper was tooling along in his tractor-trailer at 65 in a 45 MPH zone and slammed into the SUV.

Oscar Pistorius: 'If Reeva Had Spoken I Would Not Have Fired'

Oscar Pistorius has told a court he fired his weapon "by accident" after hearing a noise in his bathroom and thinking he was about to be attacked by an intruder.

The court in Pretoria heard the athlete say he fired four shots in quick succession after hearing someone inside the bathroom.

Fighting back tears, the 27-year-old said: "When I heard a noise, I didn't have time to think and I fired my weapon. It was an accident.

"If Reeva had come out or she had spoken to me I wouldn't have fired. The noise coming from the bathroom made me pull the trigger."

During a second day of cross-examination, prosecutor Gerrie Nel claimed Pistorius' version of events on the night of February 13 last year "is a lie" and the barrister accused him of "adapting" events to suit his account.

Teen Dies Saving Girlfriend In Train Accident

According to SF Gate: A Northern California town was reeling Saturday after learning that a teenage boy was killed and a teenage girl was seriously injured after they were hit by a freight train while walking to a Sadie Hawkins Day dance. The accident Friday evening occurred near Marysville’s only high school and a little league park where a game was being played. Investigators told KCRA-TV the teens were walking southbound on the tracks — the same direction as the train.

Relatives told the station the 16-year-old girl, Mickayla Friend, and her boyfriend had planned to take a short walk to the Dollar Tree store to buy some food before heading to the dance at their school. “It’s her first boyfriend, and her first love,” Alithya Friend said. “And she just got it taken away from her in an instant.”

[Graphic Photo] BRT Bus Crushes Soldier To Death In Lagos

This horrible accident happened yesterday Monday Sept. 23rd along the Alaka/Costain crossover bridge in Surulere. The driver of one of the buses in the state mass transit scheme lost control of his bus and crashed into a soldier riding a motorcyle on the express. The yet-to-be identified soldier was cut almost into two by the bus.

According to a source who witnessed the accident, the driver was on top speed when he lost control of the vehicle as he approached a bad spot on the dilapidated bridge. The driver, while trying to avoid the bad spot, swerved to the left pinning the soldier on the railing of the bridge. The bus dragged the soldier for a bit and cut through his bowel.

JJC Skillz Involved in Car Accident

Prolific music producer and singer JJC was involved in a car accident this morning in Ogba, Ikeja. A trailer that had no breaks rammed into the side of his Nissan Altima car, badly damaging the back door. JJC and the other passenger in the car were shaken but unhurt. Thank... GOD.
