A Chicago-area man
reported missing by his newlywed wife on their honeymoon in Florida was found
before too long - and arrested for hiring a prostitute. One who was actually an
undercover detective. Mohammed Ahmed, 21, was
busted after he responded to an online ad posted by Polk County Sheriff's
Office detectives and arrived to meet the woman.
When Ahmed didn't return
to the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate, where he was honeymooning with
wife, she reported him missing. She was subsequently
informed that her husband had been arrested and charged with prostitution and
possession of marijuana, according to NBC Miami.
A four-day sting from May
8-11 netted a total of 92 arrests including 39 "johns," including a
youth minister paying for sex with a teenager, and 12 pimps.
