3 young girls, believed to be students of the University of Ghana, were
humiliated after staff of Mr Price Clothing Store, Accra Shopping Mall
caught them allegedly shoplifting panties.
The three victims, names withheld, were made to crawl on their knees for
about 200 metres from the shop to the entrance of the mall, while an
excited crowd laughed, jeered, called them names and recorded the entire
incident using their phones. According to reports, that was after the
security men on duty reportedly asked
the women whether they preferred to crawl or be handed over to the police, to which they chose the former.
The video went viral on social media networks and blogs shortly after the incident. Watch it below.
