Mother Thought She Was Pregnant With One Baby – Instead Five Popped Out

A woman has given birth to five healthy daughters in just half an hour despite only thinking she was pregnant with one child.

Manita Singh, 25, was admitted to a local government hospital in Ambikapur, in Chhattisgarh in eastern India, yesterday morning after complaining of labour pains at 26 weeks of pregnancy.

The doctors, who started delivering the babies at 11am found she was carrying not one but five baby girls – because Manita had never had an ultrasound.

The babies, all weighing just over 3lbs each, are under doctor’s supervision in the neo-natal Intensive Care Unit.

The father of the infants, Mahesh Singh, 26, is extremely happy with the birth of his daughters.

SURGEONS have saved a man's hand from being amputated by putting it inside a "pocket" in his own belly.

Carlos Mariotti, a machine worker, suffered a horrific accident that ripped off all the skin on his hand.

He lost two fingers when his hand was dragged into heavy duty equipment, leaving him suffering an "indescribable pain" as the machine mutilated his limb.

But pioneering doctors decided to bury his left hand inside his abdomen and covered it with a flap of protective skin.

Ritualists’ Den Uncovered in Ogun State, Nigeria

The Police in Ogun State yesterday uncovered a suspected ritualists’ den  at Iyana-Ilogbo, Otta in Ogun State.

Two men were arrested at the den—an abandoned Ayokunnu Filling Station, a few metres from the Iyana-Ilogbo bus stop on the Lagos/Abeokuta Express Road.

The remains of a male victim, clothes, shoes, wigs, a matchete and bags were found at the site.

The suspects’ names were given as Babatunde Taofeek and Hammed Hassan.

Jay Z’s Alleged ‘Love Child’ Is Taking His Case to a U.S. Congressional Hearing

Rymr Satterhwaite is holding onto the notion that he’s Jay Z’s son and will be taking his case to a congressional hearing the U.S. Capitol.

According to Radar Online, the FCLU (Family Civil Liberties Union) recently championed Satterthwaite’s paternity case against Jay Z in order to get it recognition on a national level — and it worked.

A source told Radar, “A family advocate in Baltimore, Maryland, NickyRoberts, was given opportunity to have several people from around the country speak about their problems with family court and/or attorneys. Rymir has been approved to speak and will get about five minutes in front of Congress!”

Tentatively scheduled for April 29, Satterthwaite, 22, plans on discussing“corruption and other problems within the court system,” especially as it relates to his case, according to the insider.
