A woman has been caught on camera dishing out some truly brutal levels of abuse on a young boy.
A concerned neighbour captured the moment the woman beat the boy with a cloth, before dangling him over the edge of a raised balcony.
The boy can be heard screaming in fear as the woman holds his legs.
Although it is unclear exactly how high the balcony is, if the boy was to land head first on the floor after falling and more than a few feet he could easily die.
The mother eventually pulls the boy back onto the balcony before picking up another young child, who thankfully does not receive the same punishment.
