B Joshua. Various Nollywood practitioners have tagged the development a big embarrassment not only to the actor but also Nollywood at large. According to them, deliverance is a personal thing, and shouldn't have gone into a video that have gone viral.

On social media, a predictable furore has been generated by the NBC’s action. Fans and friends of the concerned artists have been expressing their angst over the ban with some asking what yardstick was used in placing such a ban. As amusing and sometimes annoying one finds some of those comments, which I think stem from an emotive viewpoint rather than logical, I have to pity such commentators because I believe they actually are the ones the songs have corrupted in the first place.

Jay Jay Okocha Joins Nollywood, Produces Movie About Majek Fashek

New reports surfacing online, claim that our dear Nigerian football legend Austin JJ Okocha is currently producing a movie about reggae star Majek Fashek.

The movie’s screen play is reportedly written by Charles Novia, and features Fracis Duru as Majek Fasek, Sam Dede, Stella Damascus and other top Nollywood actors.

Confirming the reports, Charles Novia says the movie is shooting on 35mm and took about 3 years to fine-tune. It is presently at its pre-production stage, after which the crew will travel to New York in October to shoot the America scene, which is the major part of the film.
