Do Nigerians Have Slavery Mentality?

What Is A Slave Mentality?

A slave mentality isn't adopting Christianity or Islam.
A slave mentality isn't working for white folks or the government.
Although both are pitiful, there is a difference between the Slave's Mentality and Tomming/Cooning.
Believe it or not, you can actually be a sell-out and not have a slave mentality.
Tomming and selling out have more to do with a lack of self-respect, no love for your people, and a lack of confidence in them.
You love and worship white people more than your own.
But you can hate white people, love your own and still think like a slave.
A slave mentality doesn't necessarily mean you ARE a slave, it means you're fit to be one.
There are 2 types of people in the world: Conquerors and Victims.
A slave mentality is when you think like a victim.
-You aren't territorial.
-You don't wish to guard and protect your woman; you want HER to be strong so she can do it herself.
-You don't value order and discipline in your community... anything goes.
-You only think on a base level making sure your basic desires (food, sex, and clothing) are satisfied but you don't think in the future.
-You see proper more effective ways of doing things that are new to you as "foreign" and therefore unacceptable.
-Rather than travelling and discovering new sciences and land in which to make your mark, you're satisfied living and doing what your ancestors have been doing for thousands of years.
In other words, you just want to be left alone and don't wish to impose your culture and values on others and HOPE they don't do it to you.
Now you may say this is called peaceful and normal... but again... in a world where there is ONLY the conquerer and the victim then if you aren't planning to conquer others then you're really planning to be conquered.

Nigerians and slavery mentality:
It is a sad reality that Nigerians always criticize and look down on themselves. It is very appalling when a Nigerian abroad has nothing good to say about the country and yet in the midst of racism and police brutality to blacks abroad, other countries are always praised and appreciated.
To crown it all, most Nigerians prove inferior and this leads in them changing their accent and going as far as changing their traditional name to suit that of the western world.
For job employment, a white man with an international certificate is more valued and appreciated than a black man who went to University of Lagos and has a 2.1.

Where did we get it wrong as a people and as a nation? :
Whites have got us by the balls. We buy their iPads, range rovers, phones, clothes, what do we make ourselves? Our factories are bought by them; and locked up, to ensure we continue patronizing them. Aided with our corrupt officials, any effort made by well meaning people are sabotaged. We can’t refine oil, we import rice, fish etc. A common practice now when making contract presentations is to hire white people (models) to boost the profile of your company.

Implications/Impacts of Slavery:
The implications and the after-effects of slavery did a lot of damage to both the minds and the economy of colored people even years after slavery. Racism still flourishes in society. Unfortunately, it is one of those predicaments Blacks have to face in their economic struggle. Our yelling reaction to racism has lost its fire. For many years we sang the song, did the dance, and walked the march in the process of outcry about the painful effects of racism. Things have changed and times are different, but many Blacks today are suffering from the after-effects of the struggle for justice. They are mentally lost in a time warp!
There was nothing wrong with the struggle, yet it left us mentally crippled due to our behavioural choices and actions. We developed the attitude, "Whites must do something for us, or else." We decided to fold our arms, sit down, and watch: "See what the White folks are going to do now!" This behaviour indirectly amounted to surrender for some, and a life of dependency for others notwithstanding the success of many hard-working Blacks. But it did not resolve the serious problems of our inability to develop and orchestrate effective strategies to solve social problems at the community levels. We became so entangled with the struggle that even when lights came back on, we were unable to see. Because we vented energy in yelling our outrage against injustice, we ran out of energy to do anything else for ourselves. We want the government to do everything for us, including coming inside our homes to raise our children and chasing the drug dealers from our communities. Yet nothing the government does ever please us.
The sight of some Blacks with poor work ethics on the job leads some employers to swear never to hire fools like that. Their colour makes absolutely no difference; wrong is wrong! Some Blacks will fight on the job so loudly over trivial matters you may think they are possessed by demons. They say hypertension is killing Black people; it's probably self-imposed.
The slave mentality is still very much among us. A class of people have emerged in this country that put forth minimal effort knowing the master (the government) will take care of them. As more and more people become addicted to entitlements, they become more apathetic and less likely to work.
The issue with black people is that they were subjected to deep, institutional, government-mandated, highly-evolved slavery, the likes of which have never been seen in recorded history.   Centuries of this systematic subjugation has left an enduring scare on the psyche of the descendants of slaves or countries their forefathers were taken.  Many black people are still mental slaves of the sort mentioned above.  The slave mentality has been entrenched in the black family once the process of keeping human beings subjugated in foreign cultures and lifestyles.  This detrimental mentality has been perpetuated from black parent to black child for generations.

  2. How To Get Your Ex Lover/Partner/Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Wife Or Husband Back

I was married for 16 years to a loving mother and wife. We had 2 children together who are now 11 & 13. I reconnected with an old girlfriend from college on Facebook and we began an affair and I left my wife. The woman I had an affair with is a wonderful woman and I love her too and our kids had begun accepting the situation and my wife has kind of moved on, but not in love with the man she is seeing. I thought I fell out of love with my wife and I felt terrible about what I did to her - she is a good woman and I don't know what came over me. I decided to try and get her back and I was recommended to OYINBO for help to get reunited with my wife and within 48 hours after I made contact with OYINBO my wife decided to work things out with me and now we are back together with our children living as one happy family. I really don't know the words to use in appreciation of what OYINBO did for me but I will say thank you sir for reuniting I and my family back. For those in trying times with their marriages or relationship can communicate with OYINBO through the below in formations.
