Woman Leads Police on 100mph Car Chase Before Running Into Road Naked

A FEMALE motorist led cops on a speedy chase... while she was wearing no clothing.

Barbara Arellano, 51, was spotted driving recklessly on a busy road.
It was reported she was tossing items from the car window while driving at 100mph and swerving off the road.
The car clipped a truck and crashed into the aide of the road.
But when Arellano exited the car, officers saw that she was completely naked.
Police dash cam footage captured the woman, from Santa Fe, New Mexico, running nude into the traffic yelling "Jehovah!".


Eventually, Arellano was caught and covered up by a blue tarpaulin provided by another motorist.
When she was taken to the station, she told investigators that she had "used heroin, took a bunch of pills and drank whiskey before driving". 
She also explained that she was completely starkers because she was too warm in her clothing.
Arellano was charged with drink driving, battery on a police officer, reckless driving and fleeing from police.
She was released from the Santa Fe police station later the same evening, reported the Smoking Gun.
