Photos: Kim Kardashian Leaks Full Frontal Naked Selfie

KIM Kardashian has been laying low (by her standards) since giving birth to baby Saint last year.

But she's back to remind us that she's the woman who broke the internet with her naked body and a little childbirth isn't about to change that.

The 35-year-old has posted a full-frontal nude selfie to Instagram to add a dose of filth to our Monday morning.

The picture sees Kim standing starkers in her marble-tiled bathroom with her boobs and bits covered by self-censored black bars.

Rocking blonde hair and a pout, Kim captioned the selfie: "When you're like I have nothing to wear LOL."

We struggle to understand how a woman who covered Vogue, is married to a shoe designer and is sister of a supermodel has to replace clothes with nudity, but we'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

Unsurprisingly, the snap racked up over 150,000 likes in less than half an hour, although not all of the responses were positive.

Many followers commented: "WTF', while one wrote: "You're a mother. Act like one."
