El Chapo Entered America While On the Run ... His Daughter Claims

It's Donald Trump's dream ... proof that even a mass murderer like El Chapo can enter the U.S. illegally.
The drug lord's daughter claims her dad entered  the U.S. not once but twice while he was on the run in late 2015.
According to Rosa Isela Guzman Ortiz, Chapo made stealth visits once to visit relatives and a second time to see her home.

She says both visits were to California.
