Chinese First Lady Suffers Makeup Mishap in London

Someone has some serious explaining to do. The Chinese First lady suffered a terrible makeup mishap  as she arrived at the Lord Mayor's banquet in London with  her husband.

The fashion conscious Madame Peng Liyuan, appeared to white powder on her forehead and nose.

She is believed to has used loose silica powder, which can create a flawless look in person but when hit by a camera flash, it bounces enough light to be show up in photographs.But the fashion conscious First Lady of China, who has already stepped out in several outfits during the first two days of the state visit, appeared with white powder on her forehead and nose, to the embarrassment of many.
