SHOCKING PHOTOS: Man Apologises For Holding A Gun to A Baby's Head On Facebook

A MAN who posted shocking pics of himself holding what appears to be a live gun to a baby's head has been forced to apologise after the images went viral.

Car park attendant Luis Martin Perez Rocha posted the shocking pictures on Facebook of him holding the weapon at the head of his two-year-old nephew at his home in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico.
The 26-year-old thought people would find the whole thing as amusing as he did but he was blasted by his bosses and social media users after the pics went global.
After mounting criticism, Rocha uploaded an apology to YouTube, insisting that the gun was not real.
He said: "Taking and uploading those images was a mistake.
"And I can confirm that it was only a toy gun and there were no consequences for the child as a result of the pictures.

"The young boy is my nephew who lives in the same house as me and we were playing.

"But I accept they were open to misinterpretation and I want to apologise through social networks to the netizens and also the authorities for my foolish action.
"I have already contacted police and told them that the gun is a toy gun and I have offered to provide it if needed as proof of my claim."
However, he was not easily forgiven as this is not the first time Rocha has caused a storm with controversial images.
Last year he uploaded a photograph where he was aiming at a woman with the same supposed toy gun.
