Snoop Lion/Dog is Down with His Gay Homies!

Snoop Lion recently surprised fans by singing a duet with Miley Cyrus.
And now the artist may also be taking aback with his views on homosexuality in the rap game.
Asked by The Guardian about Frank Ocean receiving endless support after he came out of the closet last summer, Snoop replied:
"Frank Ocean ain't no rapper. He's a singer. It's acceptable in the singing world, but in the rap world I don't know if it will ever be acceptable because rap is so masculine. It's like a football team.
"I got some gay homies," he said with a laugh. "Yeah, for real. People who were gay used to get beat up. It was cool to beat up on gay people back then. But in the '90s and 2000s, gay is a way of life. Just regular people with jobs. Now they are accepted, not classified. They just went through the same things we went through as black."
Snoop isn't the only celebrity down with the gays.
Jeremy Irons came out this weekend and clarified previously misconstrued comments. He made it clear thathe is not anti-gay.
