The Star Wars director will soon tie
the knot with his longtime girlfriend Mellody Hobson, The Hollywood Reporter
confirms. Lucas has been dating Hobson, a DreamWorks Animation chairman, since
2006.
This will be the second marriage for
Lucas, 68, and the first for Hobson, 43.

Lucas recently sold Lucasfilm Ltd.
for $4.05 billion in cash and stock to Disney. The first new Star Wars movie --
Star Wars: Episode 7 -- will be released in 2015.
