There was
a mild disturbance on Wednesday at Herbert Macaulay Way, Central Business
District, Abuja, after a food seller stabbed a boy over a N100 debt. Many
people in the area said the stabbing eventually led to the boy’s death.
The
incident led to the burning of a BMW car and it took the efforts of policemen
and soldiers guarding the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation to prevent a
breakdown of law and order in the area.
