A MUM-OF-TWO reckons having sex outside of her marriage makes her an even better mother.

Gracie is part of an “ethical non-monogamy” community where members openly indulge in extra-marital sex with the full knowledge of their partners.

The Pilates teacher and writer has two kids, 16-year-old Tallulah and 11-year-old Merlin, but believes her open and positive attitude to sex makes her a better parent.

Gracie said: "Having sex outside my marriage makes me a fabulous mother. Anything that keeps me happy and gives me energy makes me a better mother.

"If my kids asked me to stop being polyamorous I wouldn't. I could not stop being who I am, I could not stop living the lifestyle that is me."

A GROUP of polygamists have spoken out about their lives in a bid to teach people that monogamy isn’t for everyone.

In a new video, one man and three women who are in a polyamorous relationship, explain how they live their lives.

Dating website Relationship – which caters to swingers, polyamorous couples and “ethical cheaters” – launched the footage as part of their #AcceptLove campaign.

The people behind the campaign are hoping that it will break down stigma. The makers also think that acceptance of polyamory will be the next step in “mainstream queer liberation” following the recent legalisation of gay marriage in the US.
