A survey by fertility app Kindara quizzed 500 ladies about their sexual turn-ons to find out what makes getting between the sheets good for the girls.
More than half (53.%) agreed that having an emotional connection with their lover was the most important thing for having excellent sex.
Coming in second place was foreplay, with nearly a quarter (23.6%) of those questioned saying it was essential.
Around 1 in 10 thought communication was key to steamy lovemaking, while doing it often and keeping things exciting both scored below 10%.
