The
United Nations has named successful Nigerian comedian, I Go Dye as one of its
ambassadors. The ace 'rib cracker' is now the international body's Millennium
Development Goals (MDG) ambassador.
The
honour is in recognition of the impact I Go Dye has in the society through
his profession. He was given the mandate to continue to facilitate the
realization of the United Nations' MDGs.
I Go Dye,
as gathered, has been committed to philanthropic gestures and also advocating
for a non-violence approach among youths in Africa, inspiring and advocating
them for good leadership towards eradicating poverty.
