Oluwaseun Samuel Fajilade, a 29 year old Nigerian with both male and female sexual organs has cried out for help. Seun, an indigene of the western Nigerian state of Ekiti is a hermaphrodite who would love to be operated upon to keep only his male organ since he’s not menstruating. 

He reached reached out to online news medium SimonAtebaNews through a foundation for help. Born on 16 March 1987 as a male, Fajilade realised that breasts began forming around his chest when he was between 12 and 15 years old.

Man, 45, Allegedly Rapes 75-yr-old Woman in Ekiti State, Nigeria


A 45-year-old farmer, Lawrence Adedapo, is now in Police custody for allegedly forcibly having carnal knowledge of a 75-year-old woman, Grace Asaolu, at Ogbese Camp, Ise-Ekiti in Ise-Orun Local Government Area of Ekiti State. Adedapo was said to have invited the septuagenarian to his house on November 7 this year under the pretex that he brought some plantain from his farm for sale.

The accused was said to have taken advantage of the old woman’s fragile nature, overpowering her before having carnal knowledge of her.
According to the victim, “Lawrence Adedapo is my neighbour. He invited me to come and collect plantain but instead he pushed me on his children’s bed and forcefully had carnal knowledge of me. I later rushed to the police station to report the matter.”

Cultists, Security Guard Rape Undergraduate in Ekiti


Four suspected members of a cult group and a security man at a private polytechnic in Ekiti State have been arrested for allegedly gang-raping a student of the institution. The rape victim (name withheld), who is an ND 1 student of the polytechnic, told PUNCH Metro at the Ekiti State Police Command headquarters in Ado Ekiti on Wednesday that the suspects stormed her room, tied her up and took turn to rape her.
The four suspected rapists are Kunle Aralepo 20, Oluwaseun Akomolafe, 23, who are ND II students of Business Administration and Kehinde Adeyemi and Ayo Olomola, who are on the run. The victims added that one of the boys had asked her out and she refused.
She also accused one of the security men in the polytechnic, Mr. Seyi Adanbioje, of raping her the same day at his residence. The victim said the Chief Security Officer of the school directed Adanbioje to take her to police station to make an official report of the rape case.

Task force arrests 19 child-hawkers during school hours



Ekiti State Task Force on Child’s Right has arrested 19 children of school-age found hawking snacks, fruits and other consumables during school hours.
The children were apprehended at Itawure, Ita-Ido and Aramoko-Ekiti during a monitoring exercise of the task force in Ekiti Central Senatorial District of the state.
