All we got to do is follow Christ, for in Christ will all our queries be solved. Have a Blessed and Meaningful Easter. Be thankful because Jesus gave us another chance to be a good person. His death cleansed us from our sins.
Just like after every night comes a new day and after darkness comes light, after a painful death comes new life. Happy Easter to you.

Fellow Nigerians,
I rejoice with you all, especially our Christian brothers and sisters, as we celebrate Easter.

For Christians all over the world, this celebration is in commemoration of the supreme sacrifice which Jesus Christ made for the salvation of mankind.
The Gospels also tell us that during his earthly ministry, Jesus Christ repeatedly urged his disciples and followers to "love one another as I have loved you".

As we celebrate Easter this year, I sincerely believe that it will serve our dear nation very well if we all imbibe this essential message of Jesus Christ and truly learn to love our countrymen and women as we love ourselves.

Indeed, we will surely make faster progress towards the achievement of the peaceful, united, strong, progressive and prosperous country

Nigerian Government Declares Friday March 25th and Monday 28th as Public Holidays to Celebrate Easter

The Federal ‎government of Nigeria has declared Friday, March 25th and Monday, March 28th as public holidays to mark Good Friday and Easter celebrations respectively. 

Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, made this known in a statement issued by the acting Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido in Abuja yesterday March 22nd.
