Speak Up Against Financial Recklessness and Corruption in High Places - Bola Tinubu

APC National Chairman and former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu, has charged Nigerians to speak up against any form of corruption or financial recklessness in high places. 

Tinubu gave the charge in his statement to mark the 23rd anniversary of June 12 election.

“Nigerians must exact from its leaders performance and accountability. 

Just like in the moving spirit of June 12, Nigerians must speak up against any form of financial recklessness and corruption in high places, in their States or local administration and wherever this is found.

PDP Responsible For Fuel Scarcity, Says Bola Tinubu

The National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has asked Nigerians to hold the Peoples Democratic Party responsible for the ongoing fuel scarcity across the country.

According to Punch, speaking to journalists in Lagos on Saturday, Tinubu said the PDP destroyed Nigeria during its 16-year rule.He said

 “We want to stay focused and redirect Nigeria. We want to reverse the decay of 16 years. We are hearing comments from the PDP left and right. We are saying we want to clear the mess they created.

Bola Tinubu Slams Minister of Petroleum, Kachikwu Over Fuel Crises - Your Flippancy Was Way Out of Line

National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, yesterday slammed the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu for saying he  was not a magician expected to end the fuel crises in no time.

Tinubu called it an insult to Nigerians and an act of insubordination..Tinubu's statement reads..
I make no attempt to hide it. I am an avid and partisan supporter of this government and of the progressive policies of the party, the APC, upon which this government is based.” “With that, I do reserve the right and the duty as a Nigerian to voice my opinion when I believe a member of this government has strayed from the progressive calling required of this administration.

Tinubu Returns, Visits Plane Crash Victims


Nigeria’s opposition leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, arrived Nigeria on Saturday after a successful knee surgery in the United States, saying he is strong and fit. He also jokingly challenged any journalist to compete with him on a 2.5 kilometre race.
“I’m very fit to do whatever I need to do,” Tinubu told a phalanx of journalists.
“Any of you cannot compete with me on a 2.5 kilometre race now. If you want, let’s start now.”
Tinubu thanked Nigerians for their prayers and said he was very happy to be back. ”I thank God I’m back. I thank Nigerians for their prayers,” he said.
