Hollywood Actors Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Marriage Still On? No Divorce Papers Filed Yet

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck announced their split in June 2015, yet they haven't moved an inch in ending their marriage ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Divorce papers have not been filed, and we're told neither side has taken any steps to dissolve the marriage. 

Ben has been living on the family property since the split, in the guest house.

It's unusual for a couple to announce the end of their marriage yet take no action for more than a year ... and still live within eyeshot of each other.

Iran is filing a lawsuit against Argo, and while director Ben Affleck was snubbed for Best Director at the Academy Awards, hopefully he can at least win this.

Calling Argo propaganda is kind of a laugh coming from a country whose president famously claimed there are no gay people there.

The state-run press is apparently going after internationally renowned lawyer Isabelle Coutant-Peyre. The suit claims the film presented an Iraniphobic portrayal of the historical conflict.

The film was admittedly pro-America, which is a tad surprising considering Affleck's liberal activism and general anti-war disposition.

After Ben Affleck's Oscars speech, it's not surprising that this kind of speculation would arise. Whether it's indicative of real "trouble" is another story.

The ‘Argo‘ actor-and-director, Ben Affleck had deemed the facial hair a lucky charm during the awards season but parted with his beard after the film won the Best Picture prize at the Academy Awards on Sunday, February 24, 2013.

The 40-year-old star removed his facial fuzz during a low-key Oscars after-party in the hallway of Craig’s restaurant in west Hollywood.

A source told E! News: ‘He did it to mark the end of a chapter. It had that ceremonial quality to it.’
