Barrack Obama And Joe Biden In White House Workout Video

Barack Obama has appeared in a White House workout video to encourage young Americans to get fit.

In the video, which promotes the First Lady's fitness campaign, the president is seen sitting in the Oval Office when his deputy, Joe Biden, walks in.

"Mr President, are you ready to move?" he asks.

"Absolutely! Let's do this thing, let's move," Mr Obama replies.

The two then jog around the White House, running past the president's dogs and stretching before going back inside to drink a glass of water. - Video after jump:
"After a good workout, gotta drink up," Mr Obama says.

"Otherwise we're gonna get in trouble with Jill and Michelle", he adds, referring to their wives.
He then asks his running partner: "Same time next week?"

The video marks the latest effort to promote Michelle Obama's Let's Move campaign, which aims to reduce child obesity and promote healthier lifestyles.
