Speaking on the phone Leanne Hunn, 30, told cops she wanted to get jiggy with Ryan Patrick Bautista "one last time", according to the police report.
She hung up but never came out of the trailer.
The report did not say exactly how long police waited to break in to the mobile home.
The SWAT incident started when officers were called after a tip off at around 9.30pm.
Two other women were inside the trailer celebrating a birthday – but Bautista, 34, and Hunn forced them to stay inside, the report said.
Hostage negotiators were called in and neighbours reported hearing megaphone sound throughout the night.
