Rita Ora Admits She Regularly Has Therapy

Rita Ora has admitted she is so terrified of death she regularly visits a therapist to help overcome her fear.

The popstar turned TV judge has revealed her fear reached its peak in 2013 when a panic attack caused her to rethink her outlook on life.
"Death is my biggest phobia," she explained.
"I used to have panic attacks when I was little saying,'Mum, I don't want to die.'
"I've been to therapy and still try and go every week."

Opening up about her most recent "episode", Rita said: "It scared the living s*** out of me.

"I started to value things, see things differently.
"This world can really eat you up and you can forget who you are."
However, there is one thing Rita admits she can't get enough of – sex.
The diva says she has sex "as much as she can", according to Metro.
However, Rita went on to explain that despite her public persona she actually has insecurities just like the rest of us.
In fact the 24-year-old revealed she hates her bum – despite regularly plastering it all over social media.
