From doing erotic dances in fuji singer, Abass Akande Obesere’s musical videos to acting and singing, Cossy Orjiakor has surely come a long way in Nollywood. In this chat with SANDRA IHEJIRIKA on social media, Cossy talks career and her plans to acquire a massive buttocks like that of popular American rapper, Nicki Minaj. Excerpts:
Could you please talk a little on your background?
I am the fifth of seven children. I have a degree in Accountancy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. I also have a Diploma from ITPAN in movie directing, producing, scriptwriting and editing. Funny enough, I did not make use of my second-class upper degree in Accounting. I have only just started utilizing the diploma now.
Your b**bs are awesome, are they natural?
I have not enhanced any part of my body. I am still natural, but I do appreciate enhancements, and I’m toying with the idea of getting massive Nicki Minaj’s kind of *ss. Hahaha, but I don’t have such careless money for now.
How did you get into the movie industry?
That was through an audition notice I saw about a movie, The Only Nigerian Girl. I have equally tried other things like music and dancing because I believe that they are all the same thing.
How many movies have you acted in and can you mention a few?
I can’t remember how many movies I have acted in to be sincere. However, I did One Million Boys and Beach 24 among others. And guess what, I have just produced my first movie entitled Power Girls, and it would be out soon.
Do you have crush on anyone in the industry?
Yes, I used to have crush on someone in the industry, because of his cute dreadlocks.
Are you married?
(Giggles) No, I am not.
Any plans of getting married anytime soon?
Hmmm… for now nothing serious.
Can you marry a guy from the industry, a fellow actor?
I don’t like dating industry people, so my crush never got to know that I was crushing on him, and now he is married.
I learnt you are not on talking terms with your mum, how true is that?
Hmmm… my mum is a part-time musician and she goes by the name Bradson Jay. She has a degree in Music from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and I am her manager for now. I love her so much because she is a constant reminder that age is not a limitation to any ambition.
Tell us about your sex life?
My sex life is private. I like keeping my affairs secret.
What’s your advice to your fans and those who look up to you?
I don’t have any advice for them.
