The 34-year-old dished the dirt – quite literally – on her sex life with hubby Kanye West, revealing he leaves her exhausted.
Chatting to E! News, Kim said: "It's getting exhausting. We try every single day.
"He [Kanye] always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1'."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian's star is desperate to give her daughter, North West, a little brother or sister.
However, broody Kim has admitted she finds it hard to conceive and is worried she won't be able to get pregnant again.
The open star has even revealed she has looked into using a surrogate should things not work out for her and Kanye.
Sex is clearly the rock of the infamous duo's relationship, as randy Kim says she often sends dirty snaps to her fella.
Writing in her new book Selfish, Kim admits she uses sexts to "inspire" the rapper when they are apart.
