This is the dramatic moment a plane smashes
into the ground – killing four members of the same family.
Police have released the dashcam footage which shows a plume of
thick, black smoke rise from a nearby highway in Atlanta.
The officer rushes to the scene where the aircraft is in
flames.
The crash, which happened on May 8, claimed the lives of Greg
Byrd, 53, his fiancee Jackie Kulzer and his two sons who were in their
20s.
An investigation has been launched into the cause.
According to the National Transportation Safety
Board, Mr Byrd, who was pilot at the time, told an airport control tower: ‘I’m
having some problem climbing here. Were going down here at the intersection.’
