Nepal Rescuers Find Miracle Baby Trapped for 22 HOURS After Earthquake

A MIRACLE toddler survived the deadly Nepal earthquake despite being buried under rubble for nearly a day.

Soldiers rescued the baby boy in Kathmandu, which has been left in ruins by the powerful quake.
He is now in a stable condition in hospital having incredibly escaped the tragedy without any serious injuries.
Nepalese soldiers had initially missed the child during their rescue mission.
It was not until they heard a faint cry from the wreckage that they checked the area again and found the boy alive.
Kathmandu Today named the child as Sonit Awal and reported that the baby's father Shyam Awal had called rescuers after their house collapsed trapping his son.
Meanwhile, more than 100 Britons left stranded landed safely back on home soil.
Family members greeted their loved ones in emotional scenes after a UK aid flight carrying 120 people landed at a private hangar at Stansted Airport shortly after 3am.
Among those on board Department for International Development (DfID) chartered Boeing 767 - which flew aid out to Nepal on Sunday - were children and the elderly and people chosen as a priority because of health conditions.
The youngest passenger was a four-month-old baby while the oldest are thought to have been in their 60s.
Earlier Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond confirmed the first British fatality, while officials are "urgently investigating" reports that another Briton has been killed at Mount Everest base camp.

The UK has raised more than £19million to help disaster victims – £14million in public donations and £5m from the government.
Britain has also pledged another £15m to Nepal in aid.
Nepal's prime minister Sushil Koirala has predicted the death toll could double to more than 10,000.
