MARK Jordan is a 54-year-old man who can do 4321 pull-ups in under 24 hours.

Nobody else has ever achieved that, who would even want to try?

Jordan’s record effort, achieved in November 2014, was made official by the Guinness World Records this week.

The Texan said his inspiration behind going for the record was to show everyone that age is just a number when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle, and judging by his incredible physique in the video above Mr Jordan lives a very healthy lifestyle..... Video after jump......
