Video: Teen With Rare Disease Gets Christmas Surprise At Police Traffic Stop

A teenager suffering from a life-threatening disease got the surprise of her life when she was pulled over by a policeman who gave her a Christmas present.
Audra Daniloff, 17, was pulled over on her way to school in Wisconsin, US, and told she had not stopped at a stop sign.
Saukville Police chief, Jeffrey Goetz, then presented her with two tickets.
He said: ‘I got some good news and some bad news for you, okay?
‘The bad news, first I am giving you two tickets. But they are not the type of tickets you think. One is a plane ticket to New York. The other is a concert ticket for your favorite band.’
The whole thing was set up by her dad, Marc.

Last year, Audra was diagnosed with hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) – a condition where the immune system becomes overstimulated and damages tissues and organs, including the bone marrow, liver and brain.
Marc told FOX news: ‘I completely blindsided her thanks to the wonderful help of the Saukville Police Department.’
She was stopped on November 21 but the video has only just emerged.
