A RANDY couple were heard having sex in a hospital bed while waiting to have their baby induced. A cleaner discovered the heavily pregnant mum sleeping with her partner in a private room at Bristols St Michaels hospital but was told it wasn't against the rules.
A source told the Sun the cleaner reported it to hospital bosses but she was told couples were allowed to have sex as long as they put a do not disturb sign on the door.
He said: “Other patients on the unit heard the commotion and were upset. The cleaner was utterly shocked.
“The hospitals advice appears to be just to put a sign up.“
A spokeswoman for the hospital told the newspaper: “Staff work hard to ensure privacy and dignity is maintained for all patients.“
The hospital also confirmed it had not received any complaints.
