Video: ‘I Have Ebola!': Passenger’s Joke Backfires As Men in Hazmat Suits Remove Him From Plane

A plane passenger sparked panic after shouting ‘I have Ebola!’ on a flight.
The unidentified man from North America was travelling from Philadelphia, US, to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, when he made the remark.

Local media reports that the man yelled out ‘I have Ebola!’, but airport officials told FOX he had said ‘I’ve just been to Africa!’.

When US Airways flight 845 landed on the Caribbean island it was quickly boarded by emergency personnel wearing blue hazmat suits. Video after cut....
He was escorted off the plane and medics swiftly ruled out a fever – an symptom of Ebola.

Passengers filmed the unfolding drama. It was uploaded to YouTube.
