Veteran Nigerian producer OJB Jezreel, who was diagnosed with
Kidney problems a few months ago, is back in the news. Although his surgery in
India was successful, the donor of the kidney that bounced the producer back to
life has however raised a dust. Inside sources mentioned that OJB’s
first wife Mabel Okungbowa donated one of her kidneys to save her husband.
According to a source, Mama J, as OJB’s wife is fondly called,
checked into the Columbia Asia Hospital in India with OJB on the 19th of October 2013,
where they had a successful Kidney transplant.
After
four months of their medical trip in India, the couple are preparing to return
to Nigeria. We are told they are in good condition and recuperating fast.
