26 CONTESTANTS EMERGE FROM KOGA OPEN HOUSE AUDITIONS


The judging panel for the second audition recently unveiled the top 26 contestants who will move on to the main show. At the end of the grueling and competitive auditions, the judges Masterkraft, Dj Klem and Liciouscrackit selected twenty six out of the hundreds of contestants that participated. These 26 acts would perform popular songs in their own way accosted by already made beats by the judges once every week.
Dj Klem the lead judge who is responsible for Hits like If You want me (Mocheddah), Holla at your boy (Wizkid) , Kowole (Timix featuring Dammy Krane)rated the overall performance as above his expectations. "The contestants definitely exceeded my expectations. Judging from the previous show I am impressed with the effort contestants have put into their performance.”

He further encouraged the Top 26 contestants to always practice in other genres of music.
“To excel as an artist in our industry you have to be an all-rounder in singing and performance, the whole package, which is what Koga Open House is all about.” Masterkraft added.
The selection of the top 26 contestants was based solely on impressive talents and performance displayed during the auditions. According to Amaka Emorele, Project Manager of Koga Entertainment, the show is all about the fun, excitement and bonding experience between the contestants and producers who are also the judges.
“Koga Open House has always been about discovering the next singing superstar, and this season, our second judging panel will deliver a most impressive combination of talent, wisdom and personality to do just that.” She added.
Following the successful auditions in Lagos, the stage is now set for the contestants to wow the Judges who have been saddled with the responsibility of unveiling three winners come October 26, 2013.
