[Music] Syrona Ma’rie and Angelee - ‘Independent Girl’

Syrona Ma’rie and Angelee have collaborated on a statement track release for summer 2013. Having successfully gained writing credits, performing for the likes of Sony Music, Warner, Bendit Publishing and Nollywood Film factory over the past three years.

 Syrona ma’rie’s Sony release, “It’s Love” – written for Gurinder Chadha’s film, “It’s a Wonderful Afterlife” was reviewed by Harshita Kohli, Planetradiocity.com saying: “It has taken three legendary composers, Andrew Griffiths, Syrona ma’rie and baily Sagoo, to put this track together…”

Angelee and Syrona Ma’rie believed it was time to collaborate, in this girl powered track called ‘independent Girl’ these two do just that. This is an interesting collaboration, made more interesting because of the mixed cultural backgrounds between them. Angelee being jamerican born, now living in the U.K and Syrona Ma’rie who grew up in the U.S and now living in the U.K. this independent Girl single will be released through Tru-Fam Records, for download internationally through Itunes, Amazon, for mobile and all good onlinestores from the 25^th of June.
