Ogun states despite hundreds of millions of naira budgeted for it annually
Although
it is a federal road linking Ikorodu in Lagos State with Sagamu in Ogun State,
there is hardly any evidence that it has ever been tarred.
A blanket
of dust obstructs the view of motorists as they navigate through the gullies
