When Shem
granted Lagos-based television station, Channels, an interview, he never
envisaged that he would become a celebrity before the end of an hour’s
breakfast programme, Sunrise Daily.
That
appearance made him one of the most talked about guests on social media.
However,
his blunder became the butt of jokes that were trending on the social network, Twitter,
for the fifth day running on Saturday.
In
addition to the “#MyOgaatthetop” joke are customised T-shirts with the
inscription, “My oga at the top”.
With
artiste taking advantage of the trend to cash in with songs online with the
caption #MyOgaatthetop had over 50,000 downloads and hits as at Friday.
