Remember when we told you that Lamar Odom was in and out of a coma in a Nevada hospital but got a recent visit from his kids who were all smiles?

Lamar Odom continues to make progress, talking and smiling with Khloe, Kim, Kris and Kendall Jenner who made the trek back to Vegas to be with him.

Kim posted on Instagram just before midnight Saturday, "I have faith in you.  I believe in the power of prayer and positive energy!  Thank you for all your prayers!  Lammy, I'm so happy Kendall & I could make you smile today!  God is good!"

Well the athlete whose condition is on the mend, is still being comforted by his family members as well as his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian who’s apparently so concerned about his health that she “hasn’t left his side” and sleeps on a pullout bed next to him.

Jeffrey Ortega has suffered with a condition that means his feet balloon to twice their natural size.

A desperate man is pleading to have his foot AMPUTATED after it swelled to size 16 due to a rare genetic condition.

Jeffrey Ortega says he is in constant agonising pain caused by the grotesque build up of flesh at the base of both his feet.

The 26-year-old suffers from Proteus Syndrome which has caused his feet to balloon to twice their normal size.

The condition causes bones, skin and tissue overgrowth, and affects just a handful of people worldwide.

It has affected Jeffrey’s hands, hips, and legs - and he believes amputation of his left foot will relieve his pain and stop the growth.

Currently his left foot is 17 inches in circumference and 14 inches long while his right foot is 14.5 inches in circumference and 12 inches long.

Nigerian Nabbed In Australia With $10m Hard Drug Hidden in Ornate Chinese Fish Statues

A Nigerian man could be jailed for life for allegedly smuggling $10million worth of ice into Australia inside a gaudy fish statue.

Sydney border force officers found 10kg of the highly addictive drug hidden inside one of three gold-coloured fish statues destined for a residential address in Kaleen, north of Canberra.

Police were alerted and arrested the 32-year-old after he picked up the statues, removed the drugs, and tried to board a bus bound for Sydney on Saturday.

The drug stash, which had been imported from China, was found on the man when he was arrested, police say.

The man, who arrived in Australia in July on a student visa, faces a maximum penalty of life in jail if he's convicted of attempting to possess a commercial quantity of an illegal drug.

Woman Hangs Herself in Airport Toilet at Istanbul After Missing Flight

A British woman found dead in a toilet at Istanbul Airport after missing a connecting flight.

Jacky Sutton, 50, was found hanged at Istanbul Atatürk Airport in the early hours of this morning.

She is understood to have flown to Istanbul from London but missed a connecting flight to Erbil in Iraqi Kurdistan.

Local media reports state she told airport staff she did not have enough money to buy a new ticket. Her body was found a short time later.

Policeman Defiles 3 Year Old Girl In Ebonyi, Nigeria

A police corporal, Samuel Okere serving at Ugbodo Division in Ebonyi local government area of Ebonyi State has been arrested by the state Juvenile Welfare Centre (JWC) for allegedly defiling a three-year-old girl.

Okere was said to have committed the act in Ugbodo at the victim’s father’s house when she returned from school.

The victim’s parents had gone for their teaching jobs when the police officer allegedly committed the act.

When the parents returned from work, the little girl started complaining of pains in her private part as she could not walk properly.

When the father, Emmanuel Iyiekuna asked the girl what happened to her, she told him that the policeman inserted something inside her.
