Man 'Murdered Mother Then Ripped Out Her HEART - Before Pleasuring Himself As A Release'

A 'REMORSELESS' killer bludgeoned his mum to death with an axe then sliced open her chest and ripped out her heart, it is alleged.


Omar Pettigen then performed a solo sex act over the lifeless body of 64-year-old Nailah Pettigen as a "release", according to reports.
And Pettigen, 31, revealed to detectives how the shocking killing felt "good".
He even went out for a few beers with a friend hours after the murder, say cops, who claim he showed no remorse.


Retired maths teacher Nailah was found dead at the flat she shared with her son in Fremont, California, on September 29.
Cops were greeted with the gruesome scene of her dismembered body with her underwear around her ankles, on the bedroom floor.

11 Year Old Boy Allegedly Kills 8 Year Old Girl Over Puppy

Police are reportedly calling it an "intentional shooting."

An 11-year-old Tennessee boy intentionally shot and killed an 8-year-old girl, police said, and witnesses say it was because the girl wouldn't let him see her puppy.
According to police, the boy, who has not been identified, shot and killed Makayla Dyer on Saturday, at a White Pine mobile home park. White Pine is a small town located about 40 miles east of Knoxville.
During a weekend press conference, Jefferson County Sheriff G.W. "Bud" McCoig said the 11-year-old has been charged with delinquency by first-degree murder, in what investigators have deemed an "intentional shooting," knoxnews.com reported.

CANCER: NAFDAC Raises Alarm Over Bleaching Creams

The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control, NAFDAC, yesterday, expressed concern over the alarming use of bleaching creams and skin whitening agents.

NAFDAC also warned that such chemicals, aside from causing cancer, could lead to psychiatric and kidney problems.

It equally warned against the continued use of banned chemicals by unscrupulous cosmetics manufacturers.

Reading what seemed like a riot act in Lagos during the first NAFDAC’s Good Manufacturing Practice, GMP, training for cosmetics and medical devices manufacturers in Lagos, Director-General of the agency, Dr. Paul Orhii, said the use of glutathione intravenous as a skin whitener was unsafe and might result in serious consequences, including cancer.

A member of a neighbourhood watch, Ogundare Ekundayo, has shot himself dead while attempting to scare away thieves from the Ebute-Meta area of Lagos State. 

PUNCH Metro learnt that the deceased was among a three-man team guarding Osholanke Street, Ebute Meta. There were, however, two of them on duty on the fateful day. It was gathered that around 4am, when they were expected to round off work, Ekundayo reportedly shot into the air to scare away lurking thieves as was the guards’ custom. As he fired a shot, the bullet hit an object which ricocheted it towards him. 

The bullet was said to have struck him in the head. His duty colleague, Fatai Raimi, reportedly ran to the spot upon hearing the shot, and discovered the victim dead. 

The case was reported at the Denton Police Division while Ekundayo’s remains were taken to the Mainland General Hospital mortuary. The police arrested Raimi, who insisted that he was innocent. He said, “I have known the deceased for some time now. 

Police Officer Stabbed To Death In Akure By Wife

A police officer with the Ondo State command, Mr Israel Omowa has been stabbed to death by his wife, Mrs Wumi Omowa.

The wife was alleged to have stabbed him on the neck with a knife after a misunderstanding at their residence around Olu, on Ilesa-Owo highway in Akure.

The cause of their quarrel was still unknown as at the time of filing this report.

It was gathered that the deceased was in his early 30s before the untimely death, while the suspect is in her late 20s.

My Wife Sacrificed Her Life For Our Daughter’ - Abuja Bomb Blast Survivor

Unknown to many, the deceased mother of one-month-old baby, who survived the bomb blast in the Kuje area of the Federal Capital Territory, Ifeoluwa, had insisted that her baby must wear pink clothes on her birthday scheduled for October 22.

Her Kwara State-born father, Samuel Abolarin, stated this during an interview with our correspondent on Monday, at the trauma centre of the National Hospital, Abuja.
 
“I lost my wife. I lost my mother-in-law and I lost my brother-in-law. My sister-in-law is at the Emergency Unit of this trauma centre”, he stated.

Abolarin gave an insight into the incident and how it consumed his in-laws.
He said, “Our marriage is just a year old. She gave me Ifeoluwa and protected her by sacrificing her own life. I was at home on Airport Road when the incident occurred.

Rihanna Unveils Cover Art And Reveals Official Name Of Her 8th Album

Rihanna is having a huge week. Hot on the heels of her Vogue cover story, the Bajan pop princess just surprised a select group of fans and journalists with her new album art. Rih hosted a top-secret, private viewing at Mama Gallery in LA on Wednesday night, and excitedly unveiled the cover art for her 8th studio album, created by artist Roy Nachum. 

Though Rih and her Navy have affectionately referred to the upcoming album as “R8” up to this point, Rih revealed that the project will actually be entitled Anti.

The entire front and back cover is embossed with braille, which translates to a poem by poet Chloe Mitchell. Apparently the braille passage keeps in line with Rih’s overall vision for her album, which she sums up saying “People who have sight are sometimes the people who are the blindest.”

Murray Bruce Highlights What Buhari's Ministers Must Do

Silverbird boss, Senator Ben Murray Bruce, has advised President Muhammadu Buhari on how to get the best from his soon-to-be confirmed ministers.
According to the show promoter turned politician, ministers should be stopped from performing duties outside his office.
He said to have good roads, the minister for works must be compelled to travel by road and not air so as to feel what the citizens are passing through.
“If President Muhammadu Buhari wants Nigerian roads fixed in record time, he must ban his minister of works from traveling by air within Nigeria.”
Murray Bruce also said anyone appointed minister of health must not travel abroad for medical treatment. “If President Buhari wants Nigerian hospitals to improve, he must ban his minister of health from seeking healthcare outside Nigeria.”
